I came here with a friend who uses a wheelchair and he fell out of his chair while we were there. The employee behind the counter saw what happened and rushed over to help. The coffee I ordered was great and more than that the compassion shown by the concerned and thoughtful staff warmed my heart. It’s a bonus they have an accessible table there.

Every TIME I order through the app my drink is never close to being right. I have ordered online and thru the drive thru just to see and it’s like they do bare minimum for online orders. I am not happy and will be taking a break from this location. And I normally go here 3x a day

I get Starbucks daily and get the same drink every day for the past four years now Starbucks tells me I can’t get light ice and each shaken espresso. This is bad customer service and terrible business won’t be coming here if I’m forced to fill my cup up with ice. worst experience I’ve ever had. These people should be fired filled my whole cup up with ice.

I have been coming to this location for years. I always place my only order and pick it up in the drive thru And recently a gentleman with an attitude told me: “ you place an online order you need to come inside. I’ll give it to you today but, next time you have to come inside.” I was surprised of 1. The way he said it . And 2 because it’s not that hard just to literally just pick it up and handed to me thru the window. After telling my friends about my encounter i realized the same person has the same attitude and literally just hate working there. It’s unfortunate that I have to go now and drive to another location because of it.

I pulled up right as they were closing at 9:29 just requesting a water and they denied me, also stating water is not free anymore. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

The employees clearly hate their job & have nothing better to do than give attitude.

The craftsmanship of this shop is really not as good as before. I made sure again and again that there was not enough ice, but I still got a cup full of ice many times. Is Starbucks no longer Starbucks?
