I feel so grateful to have a drive through Starbucks here in Manassas. I wish there was a convenient one on my way to work. Im happy I can get the Raspberry white mocha again.

I come here often to get my coffee or refresher with a breakfast sandwich! My only complaint is you don't really know how many people are in the drive thru line until your in it.

I ordered at the wrong location and they recognized me and was still able to give me my order. Life savers for those Mondays when work is long. Thanks. I’ll be back! 🥹

I have been coming to this location for years. I always place my only order and pick it up in the drive thru And recently a gentleman with an attitude told me: “ you place an online order you need to come inside. I’ll give it to you today but, next time you have to come inside.” I was surprised of 1. The way he said it . And 2 because it’s not that hard just to literally just pick it up and handed to me thru the window. After telling my friends about my encounter i realized the same person has the same attitude and literally just hate working there. It’s unfortunate that I have to go now and drive to another location because of it.

I had my cards taken out by my kiddos and when I went to pay, was not able to. The staff were kind enough to give me one on the house. Def appreciate that!

I pulled up right as they were closing at 9:29 just requesting a water and they denied me, also stating water is not free anymore. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

The employees clearly hate their job & have nothing better to do than give attitude.

The craftsmanship of this shop is really not as good as before. I made sure again and again that there was not enough ice, but I still got a cup full of ice many times. Is Starbucks no longer Starbucks?

Drive-thru and indoor ordering are fast, but we sometimes use mobile ordering and the drive-thru to pick up. We also enjoy our coffee inside when we have the time. The baristas we've encountered were friendly. We usually get the shop's featured drinks, but sometimes I go with my favorite and add an extra shot.

A family member of mine ordered a peppermint mocha and was given a latte instead, even though the order sticker on the cup said it was a peppermint mocha. The girl working the drive through also tried to turn the screen to make my family member tip higher when he was paying. Many people I know have also been given the wrong drink here, such as receiving a regular cream based frap instead of one with any coffee in it when they'd ask for a shot of espresso to be added. It doesn't matter if it's not busy when you go either. No matter what time of day you go, something is almost always going to be messed up. Ever since this location reopened, the quality of the service has been going down and I won't be returning back here after the experiences I've heard about from people I know.

Staff is really rude and you can tell they do not like their jobs. I went to pick up my mobile order and the man working there gave me an attitude when I drove to the main window to pick up my mobile order without stopping at the first screen to tell them I arrived. I didn’t realize I had to do this. He had an attitude and told me to stop at the first screen next time, which I agreed to do. He then proceeded to almost toss my drink at me. Wish this location had better customer service. My drink wasn’t made correctly either. I won’t be back. The only thing they have going for them is that it’s a drive thru.

Let my purchase be a warning to you!! Don’t bother paying $1.25 up charge for raspberry boba balls cause this is all you get!!! Waste of money!!

This starbucks location is the best! The customer service is always 100%!!!! That Location honestly knows how to make the best drinks. I highly recommend it.
