Three employees, second person in line. Waited more than 15min before anyone came to the register. No clue how to run a counter.

Both times I came here it was horrible. One time I waited 20 minutes for two drinks and the other there was a line and instead of taking the rest of the customers they said they closed. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

4 employees standing around … I get in line and they tell me that I’ll be with me in a minute. Five minutes go by and they’re still just standing around talking.
Asked a simply question about a drink and the girl was rude with attitude for no reason.

Waited 10 minutes for a tall pink drink. Talking with coworkers too much and not doing their job. Also left a brown stain on my drink.
The workers here are horrible listeners and afraid to speak. We ordered a sandwich and 2 different coffees and they gave us the same coffee and the sandwich was awfully mid. They only put 1 slice of bacon on it and it wasn't even centered. The service was awful. This ruined my starbucks experience and I will never go again. and to top it all off it was 20$ for 3 items.

Did not visit Starbucks, but it is located in the Target that I went to.
Tried to order drinks at 747 and was told they were closed, even though the barista said they were open till 8.

They gave me a nice drink, good.
Unfortunately, I had a poor experience here. I had to wait for my order for almost half an hour. There were may be 4 people ahead of me waiting for their order when I placed mine, and seemed like their staff doesn't really care about what's going on. One of the staff members was busy with the containers and dishes. The other one was just hanging out like it's a party, and then the guy who was preparing the orders didn't know anything about food apparently. He didn't know the ingredients to anything and no one was helping him either. It was just a waste of time and money since my order wasn't as per expectations either, when I order a javachip frappe and got something which felt like a stale sweet milkshake. Worst experience at a Starbucks inside target. Worst!!! I would seriously request the management to pay attention to the quality of service and waiting times here, otherwise you might start losing business right and left before you know it. If you need to, please hire more staff and train them to respect customer's time. Thank you

Everyone here is great! I get my coffee from here atleast 5x a week. Ashley, Kaitlyn, Leeann, Lucy, Helen... ALL AMAZING BARISTA'S.
Asked for a White Chocolate Mocha w/ 2 pumps of caramel syrup. They put ZERO coffee in my cup. It's straight syrup. Mocha's are not straight white. No it's not whip on the top either I stirred it around and the entire drink is white. Thank you for the expensive cup of syrup.
