Today's staff ruined it for me.
Lavender Matcha, I used to like it so much since they release the product.
This time the staff put just a little dash of lavender cream on top. So, I showed them the previous level of cream they usually put in the cup.
Yes, they made me new one in this picture. With their sacastic attitude, the staff said it just a cream ! Boom , here you go 1/2 of product covered with cream instead of Tea.
Isn't Starbucks all about measuring and standard ?

They have sign for 24 hours drive thru but when we get there they said they are closed . It was very inconvenient and the person was sounds so rude on drive thru..

Waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. Ordered a nitro cold brew. Was told, at the window, they were out of nitro. So I asked could I get just a latte and was told I’d have to go back through the line. This place is always very spotty with getting your order right, anyway. I’ll just go somewhere else.

My family has been coming to this Starbucks for a long time. This is, by far, our favorite Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and the drinks are always made perfectly. Moe always seems to put a smile on our faces no matter what kind of day we’re having 😊
The long layout is so efficient and comfortable for us to go in and out, or stay there for work. I enjoyed the service as much as the coffee, thank you guys! ☕

I got the white chocolate mocha with a pump of honey syrup, which was delicious af, and an order of the bacon and gruyere egg bites, which almost no other Starbucks has in stock anymore, and became acquainted with a man named Jeremy who's in town in business but shared his table with me. Very positive experience. I was waiting on my tires to be replaced at the costco nearby, thank God for Starbucks.

This location used to be good but my last two visits this month were disappointing. I order the Pike Place with some cream /sugar and both times the coffee was very stale and gross. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with this location, per the customer service email response I got when I gave feedback. I hope they improve because I'm moving back into the area and would like to frequent this place :(
