I had the privilege of being helped by Lexie (I think). She was so kind and followed up several times with me even after I had my order. People like her could turn anyone’s bad day into a great one! Great job!!!!

They serve you super fast and leave the drinks as you ordered them. The problem is that they complain! Too much just because one customizes their drinks. If it really is a problem then don't give you the option, because you are paying and not ordering for free. A good way to ruin the moment you took to enjoy your favorite drink.

I like the that they have outside seating. Just come and wipe the tables down every now and then. Coffee I wish all the Bereasters world make the drinks the same. To much to ask for 😊 other than that nice place.

I placed a mobile order while I was already in the store, expecting it to be ready quickly. I told the staff I didn’t have much time, but they still didn’t prioritize my order or make any effort to help. I’ve been waiting for over 10 minutes, and they said it will still take another 15–20 minutes. The store isn’t even that busy. Very disappointing experience that defeats the purpose of mobile ordering.

Very rude staff. I forgot to order while dealing with personal issues and my two kids in the back. Instead of helping, the drive thru guy rudely told me to go back in line. A little kindness like offering to take the order and have me pick it up inside would go a long way.

Very rude & entitled girl in the drive thru today. She said can you remove that person from the way I don’t wanna be on your camera. . When all I did was show her the app to scan.. && she kept up with the attitude the whole interaction just because she was having a bad day doesn’t mean the rest of us need to. Anyways never returning to this location again! leave the mean girl act in high school && the audacity to think I would record random people is insane.

Today's staff ruined it for me.

Lavender Matcha, I used to like it so much since they release the product.

This time the staff put just a little dash of lavender cream on top. So, I showed them the previous level of cream they usually put in the cup.

Yes, they made me new one in this picture. With their sacastic attitude, the staff said it just a cream ! Boom , here you go 1/2 of product covered with cream instead of Tea.

Isn't Starbucks all about measuring and standard ?

They have sign for 24 hours drive thru but when we get there they said they are closed . It was very inconvenient and the person was sounds so rude on drive thru..
