Kevin and Jen were kind and friendly, as well as efficient. Super amazing service— my boyfriend and I came in right before close (11:54) and they had our drinks ready and done two minutes later! Thank you so much for the good drinks and hospitality!

Hello,

I'm emailing tonight to complain about the horrible services my family encountered at the Starbucks on Sudley Manor Drive. We entered at around 8:30PM and placed two separate orders; one at 8:34PM and another at 8:35PM. The order that was placed at 8:35PM was given to us at 8:43PM. However, we had to remind your workers to start our second order that was placed BEFORE the one we already received. The fact we had to remind them to do their job is extremely unprofessional.

Along with that, they were loudly discussing work gossip and speaking ill of other coworkers who obviously weren't present. If they had been doing their jobs instead of gossiping, we would've had our drinks faster and won't have to remind their to do said job.

Please do something about this unprofessionalism and speak to your employees. Thank you.

btw they were talking about aden and the employee in the picture said she will not gonna do extra work for other peoples jobs

I visited the Manassas location at 10683 Sudley Manor Dr, Manassas, Virginia, where I ordered an almond milk hot latte. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

The supervisor on duty working the drive-through was very rude and disrespectful to both me and my friend from the moment we interacted with him. His tone and attitude were unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable.

When he handed me my coffee, I asked him why he was being so rude. Instead of apologizing or addressing the situation, he simply responded with “Have a nice day” and dismissed us completely.

After leaving, I called the store to request manager or corporate contact information to report the issue. He refused to provide any information, which only made the situation worse and felt very unprofessional.

This was a horrible experience, especially considering he was a supervisor and should be setting an example for customer service. I expect respectful treatment and accountability, and this location failed to provide that.

Guy who took my order responded we close in 10 min when I asked him how he was doing, extremely rude to me and my family, then chose to ignore em when I said have a good night to them all, never have had such bad service anywhere

I drive 25 minutes from home to visit THIS location when I want a coffee, and I pass 3 other locations much closer to me. These guys are awesome, they absolutely try to make you feel warm and invited when you come in. I hope the staff knows that I love them too, and I look forward to seeing them!!

The last couple of times I’ve been there my CARAMEL RIBBON CRUNCH FRAPPUCCINO is being made different. I uploaded a picture of how is advertised on screen and how they actually give it time. I guess is time to look for a different store that wants my business.

I ordered matcha latte no foam extra hot with cold vanilla cream foam and the Barista made the matcha so foamy. Mr. Azel was so accommodating that he took his time to remake it and twas perfectly done. I come to this location almost everyday, tonight's experience seemed racial as I am Hispanic and at the window was a Caucasian Male. Was friendly when I ordered at the booth then when I pull up immediately changed his attitude, didn't give me my total until I asked, I asked to check for a gift card an he didn't take it until I asked again, then he wouldn't tell me if I had anything on it until I again asked if there was anything on there. Huffing and puffing like he has the hardest job ever. When he handed me my drink no thank you no nothing, handed it to me an turned around I didn't even get a straw. Worst experience ever. If he hates his job he should quit. I've never had problems there until this very moment.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The person at the window asked for my name but walked away before I could even finish saying it, which felt a bit dismissive. On top of that, my drink didn’t taste the same as it usually does. Most concerning, though, was the straw—it actually broke while I was using it, almost like glass, which was frustrating and a little alarming. I really hope Starbucks can improve both the service and the quality of their products.
