Unfortunately the store was too noisy and tables will not be cleaned on a regular basis in addition to that the staff was very inattentive and never ask me if I needed anything even while I stood thereDietary restrictions: And never can understand why they don't carry sweet and love anymore Splenda and the other artificial sweeteners are on the same plane as far as nutritional consequences and values go

Everything at this location is a bit hit or miss. There are times when the staff is very friendly and others when they are not. Yesterday my drink was perfect, today drink is filled with milk.I get it, an ice shaken espresso has some empty space when they are done, but dont fill it with milk. App has no selection or entry for no milk or less milk. Just follow the recipe and let the folks that worry about full cups come in and ask for milk (if they want it).

The people here take forever to push a drink out. It's pretty amazing that it takes 2 people 5+ min to make one drink. Absolutely horrible Starbucks even considering it's apart of a grocery store.

This is my first time coming here and what a AWFUL experience! AUTUM(employee name) was so rude , I was ordering a new drink and telling her the details of the drink and she rolled her eyes and kept telling me “what’s the drink name” I told her I didn’t know and repeated the ingredients. She “signed” and manually put in the order in such a bad mood. I was not rude at all about it . As soon as her other 2 co workers showed up she handed me the drink so nicely … I was confused because at first she acted like I was a bother then she completely turned into a different person. Very unprofessional! Never coming again !
