I made a purchase on the app. Came in to pick it up, needed the bathroom first. Staff kept harassing me to make a purchase. I kept explaining that I did. They couldn't find my order. Kept accusing me of trying to just use the bathroom. I'm on my phone now, will modify this review later with screenshot of my receipt proving I was a customer.

This is the only Starbucks that I go to where my drinks always taste different. All my drinks are inconsistent here and the customer service is horrible. It seems like all the workers have an attitude and hate their life’s.

The black gentlemen denied me a straw. I feel like I was racially profiled. I will not be going back to this establishment. It’s not my fault you all are running low on straws.

I’ve been buying coffee from this Starbucks on Sudley Rd. for years, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. The barista I encountered was very rude, with no sense of respect for long-time customers.

What frustrates me most is that Starbucks prices are already high — close to $10 for a single drink — yet loyal customers are still treated poorly. On top of that, this store has a strict policy about restroom use, refusing access unless you make a purchase. For a corporate chain, it feels like there is no memory or appreciation for the customers who have supported them for years. Employees come and go, but the negative attitude seems to stay the same.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt this needed to be said. Starbucks should remember that customer service matters just as much as the coffee.

I had to come to the area for some errands this morning (5/1/2025) and planned to take a 30 minute meeting while enjoying my coffee and breakfast at this Starbucks. I was planning to get there 10 minutes before my meeting started but I hit more traffic than expected coming from 1.5 hours away and only had 3 minutes before my meeting. I had a whole bottle of water on my way here so I asked for the bathroom code and I was told I could not have it if I didn’t order anything. I told him I would order but I had to run to the bathroom before my meeting started in 3 minutes. I was not given the bathroom code because I had to order first. I did not have time to do both before my meeting started so I was planning to order on the app after I used the bathroom and right after my meeting started. That was not good enough so I had to start my meeting without going to the bathroom. At that point, I was planning on using the bathroom after my meeting and ordering my coffee and breakfast after my meeting as well so my coffee and breakfast didn’t get cold. 10 minutes into my meeting I was told I could not sit at the table if I wasn’t going to order. Again, I stated I was going to order but I could not enjoy my drink and breakfast until I use the bathroom so I would order after my meeting. I was told I had to leave. There were plenty of open tables so I wasn’t taking a spot for someone who waiting to sit. I then moved to a table outside to finish my meeting. Another 5 minutes passes and I was told I could not sit there either and had to leave since I wasn’t ordering anything. There was no one sitting at any of the tables outside. I reiterated what I was planning to do (go to the bathroom after my meeting ends in about another 10 minutes at that point then order my coffee and breakfast so I could enjoy it on a bladder that wasn’t about to burst and enjoy it warm). I was told that was not allowed and I then said in that case, I would take my business elsewhere. Are we not allowed to read or work or hang out at coffee shops anymore, especially if we are quiet and not causing a disturbance? I was fully planning on ordering as I go to Starbucks almost everyday but this location will NEVER get my business again.

I understand certain policies which is why I didn’t mind waiting until after my meeting to order something so I could use the bathroom or even moving to a table outside where no one was sitting while I finished up with what I had to do but the treatment I received at this location was absolutely terrible. Don’t give your business to this location.

The employees are bit a snobby and impatient. They need to learn customer service.

I don't usually go to Starbucks. I went in today cuz i needed wifi to download programs for work. I decided to go to Starbucks for the tranquil atmosphere for lunch. I remember a pistachio drink that was apparently seasonal. The cashier was impatient on my time thinking of another drink. Keep in mind I'm not familiar with the menu. It really discourages me from coming back again. I'm a blue collar worker and often do programming for data centers nearby. My laptop has cellular data but I need wifi to download a program. I may just go to dunking donuts next time and share my experience with others.

Very bad service, they lock the bathrooms forcing you to buy and even if you make an order and you have to go to the bathroom they refuse to open it until you pay. They don't trust their customers and the employees are very nasty.
Go to Dunkin Donuts and there are no keys on the bathrooms.

The young lady at the drive through window was rude and had no idea what a white chocolate mocha frappuccino was. Very rude and argumentative saying they no longer make that and had to charge extra. She ended up making me the wrong drink white Mocah frap with no chocolate and said I needed to say ā€œlatteā€ instead. This is what happened when your mouth keeps talking and you can’t hear what the customer says. No wonder why Starbucks is going downhill.

Update : I went to the other Starbucks on Liberia and the barista there knew immediately what it was. White chocolate Mocha frap ( pictured).
