I pre-order with the App to avoid the wait and always end up waiting anyway because my stuff is not actually ready or because they made the wrong drink. Has happened on 3 separate occasions.
I liked this more than the others nearby even though I don't go to it as much. Place feel relaxed and roomy, not claustrophobic and rushed. Parkings also better. Serives are as good as any, but I feel a sense of distant.
The location is great, and the place is clean. They keep two sanitizer hubs, which is nice. The bathrooms are also clean. The staff is friendly but I think they need to work on their drinks. It seems like they are just mixing them without caring about the taste. I've tried many drinks here, and they don't taste the same as other Starbucks locations I've been to. They need to improve on that. Also, they seem to forget to give napkins and straws in the drive-thru,...
