i ordered 2 subs and the orders were both COMPLETELY WRONG. nothing like what i ordered. i sat on the phone for 10 minutes trying to get ahold and the lady kept hanging up. when i had gotten ahold of her, she insisted she was right and that it was not her fault instead of taking accountability. she told me to come back with both subs to get a remake which is so inconvenient, i live 25 minutes away. i would never complain about portions but this was ridiculous. i paid 16 dollars for some salad with a side of bread. my family & i will not be coming back to this location again.

Today I had the opportunity to visit Subway, and I was very satisfied with the service. The service was excellent, especially because the lady who helped me spoke Spanish, which is very valuable for those of us who do not speak English. She was very kind, attentive and professional, making my experience even better. Thank you very much for having such dedicated and friendly staff. I will definitely return!😊😊😊

I ordered online before they closed and once I got there, they rudely ignored me. However, I told them about my order the guy said he couldn’t make it because I ordered too late but I ordered before they closed. They were very rude and careless. Additionally why does it say this subway is open till 10 if it’s not??? Management needs to fix this!!!

The taxes in Manassas locations are crazy!! I got the Cali caprese wrap with no drink or chips which was about $7.89 then I gave a 10% tip which would have made it $8.68 but there were 3 different taxes which made it over $10!! A 7 inch wrap with no chips or drink should not cost that much! This happened about a month ago and I went to a location outside Manassas since then which did not have all those taxes. I won't eat at this Subway or others around there anymore
