I recently ordered online through the Subway App to this location, and I messed uo my order so I called them to have them cancel the order. When I told her my situation, she told me there was nothing they could do, and she blatantly hung up on me. I called again, and the same things happened where they hung up on me after not even trying to resolve the issue. So disrespectful.

The old woman who works there, I think she deliberately reduces the meat or chicken in the sandwich, and when asked to put more, she refuses. And when I was checking after leaving, I found she didn't even put wipes in the bag.

I ask the subway employees to please redouble hygiene measures, this is the second time I have bought my sandwich here and it makes me sick to my stomach. My son and I ate here for the second time and the food hurt us and gave us a lot of stomach pain. The bread was not toasted and the ingredients tasted old and rotten. The vegetables were bad. I only ask that you be cleaner when cooking and not make people sick. I WILL NOT BUY SUBWAY AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. ???????

The Asian couple that owns this location should lose their franchise license they say they honor cupons but put their own limits on which sandwich you can order other then the one's posted on the cupons so keep your Receipt so customer support can make that right for you they are Lying underhanded people and I hope other people stop going to this one or report there Deceitfullness and hopefully they lose their business.

If you want to be lied to go here they say that they honor cupons but lie about Which ones you can order with the coupon so they can make a small amount more so if you get a sandwich here keep your Receipt and contact the franchise customer support and they will mail you a coupon to make up for it,and I hope they get hit with a fine for They're underhanded sneakiness trying to make a few more cense and Be smurching the subway name I truly hope the owners helth declines and doesn't recover

Worst customer service ever! In the middle of ordering my food the cashier keeps interrupting me to know if I want add one. I asked her to please stop I’m speaking. She rolls her eyes at me. I go to pay I ask for my employee discount cause I work at this mall and she declines. Tells me they have never had on I inform her they do and I’ve used it for over a year now. She still tells me no, I ask for the manager she says they aren’t here. I’ll be calling corporate.
