Super Chicken

Family combo size only includes the whole chicken and 2 sides. They use to give a free liter soda in appreciation when a customers spent $50 and up. Now they don't, they just change the name to the Super Family combo which is the same Family combo but includes the litter soda. Be aware is not free anymore and the store will charge and extra $5.00 for it.

We ordered 6 chickens, for a party for 30 people. However the sides they gave me was for like 4 people. They were supposed to come with large sides. Almost $200 worth of food and this is what we got.. very unacceptable! Never again. If I could give less than one star I would. Don’t buy food from here

Ordered over the phone and they forgot to place it so I had to wait anyways. Ordered fries and they gave me fried rice.

They offer some family specials with a charge... but when you pay they charge you more than what it costs.... If you don't pay attention they charge you more... and it's not what appears on the menu...

Pollo crudo, talvez si lo dejarán en el horno unos 20 minutos más venderían el mejor pollo del área, un pollo cuando todavía lleva el poco de jugo en el plato es que no está bueno todavía y cuando aún se ve blanco, el pollo está bueno cuando se desprende el hueso de la carne con facilidad no como ustedes lo están vendiendo súper chicken.

I ordered two whole chickens with two sides, and the cashier charged me $2.95 extra for yucca that I did not request. They double-charged me. The cashier looked angry when I explained the error, and she did not understand me.

I have been buying food at this restaurant for many years, but now I was disappointed. I called to place an order for a super family meal, and when I called the person who was taking my order told me that I have to pay for the companions that my combo brings, I have I understand that if I ask for something extra I would have to pay but not pay what the combo includes. And yet he responds in a bad way.
