Almost half the flavors are consistently out of service. Some of the toppings , specifically the brownies are bland. The tables and chairs are never clean and FORGET about outside seating. There are drips of froyo everywhere.

I went inside of sweetfrog today at around 1 and it’s safe to say i was very impressed. Everything was so nice and clean. I can tell that the worker was working very hard wiping down the tables and chairs and machines and literally everything. She greeted us in a very welcoming way and i will be back just for that. The toppings were all so nice and clean and it looked so good I didn’t want to mess anything up😋. I absolutely loved everything about my experience there today and i will a hundred percent be back to this location.
Bring a bank with you. It would be nice if the customer could see the scale.

Stopped by with my husband when we were in town visiting my sister and I was impressed by how clean the store was! The employees were very nice and the prices were fair. Sharon, I think she was the manager maybe, was super nice and came over to see if we needed anything since we were struggling to pick flavors. Overall nice people and nice place!

Love the frozen yogurt, and all the fruits options. It could be cleaner(tables, bathrooms ect) but food service stations are clean, the staff reserved but respectful even close to closing.
