Almost half the flavors are consistently out of service. Some of the toppings , specifically the brownies are bland. The tables and chairs are never clean and FORGET about outside seating. There are drips of froyo everywhere.

I went inside of sweetfrog today at around 1 and it’s safe to say i was very impressed. Everything was so nice and clean. I can tell that the worker was working very hard wiping down the tables and chairs and machines and literally everything. She greeted us in a very welcoming way and i will be back just for that. The toppings were all so nice and clean and it looked so good I didn’t want to mess anything up😋. I absolutely loved everything about my experience there today and i will a hundred percent be back to this location.

Stopped by with my husband when we were in town visiting my sister and I was impressed by how clean the store was! The employees were very nice and the prices were fair. Sharon, I think she was the manager maybe, was super nice and came over to see if we needed anything since we were struggling to pick flavors. Overall nice people and nice place!

Love the frozen yogurt, and all the fruits options. It could be cleaner(tables, bathrooms ect) but food service stations are clean, the staff reserved but respectful even close to closing.

It tasted good. However, the workers weren't very attentive, and the guy was just sitting at a table until we needed him at checkout. Also, a lot of the flavors weren't available. They were out of stock or out of service or something.
EDIT: Just went back there, and my experience was better. More flavors were available, and the employee was more helpful. I guess your experience can heavily depend on who's working there at the time. I updated my rating to better reflect my updated experience.

It was pretty good. One of the days that I went there, the workers were sitting at tables on their phones. The tables and floor look quite dirty. The one day it was $23, but the other day we filled our bowls more, but it only costed $15 (we had 3 people both times). Other than that the food is really good ?

My fiancée and I had an outrageous experience in November 2023. We had already payed online for our order, but as we were at the register, the woman at the register snatched the ice cream away from us, because at that very second it was closing time! So even though our payment went through and we had our ice cream ready at the register they stole us of our money and threatened to call the police to remove us when we argued that we were owed the ice cream we had just payed for. Absolutely disgraceful. Never give a penny to these messed up, cruel and evil-intentioned people.
