Szechuan Gourmet Restaurant

First time customer came away very impressed. I have had trouble finding respectable Asian cuisine in Manassas. I passed by one day and remembered the name. I ordered online and was called for confirmation. 3 entrees for just a tick over $20. House special egg foo young was huge and super tasty. The gravy topped it off wonderfully. Chicken Chow Mein was plentiful and piping hot with amazing flavor. Egg rolls were also spot on.
The service was great and all the food was excellent and we will certainly return.

I ordered the general tsos and was shocked at the amount of food I received (in a good way)! I enjoyed every bite of my order and even saved some for the following day. The portions here are bigger than other restaurants and so it was a win for me. More of an order and carry out place but I recommend.

A new favorite! Ordered pickup through the Beyond Menu app and the restaurant called and confirmed my order. Food was ready at the pickup time. I got there a couple of minutes early and saw my food going wok to take out container, super fresh. Portion sizes are generous and also the prices are great. Ordered 6 different entrees and a couple soups. All the entrees had unique delicious flavors. The restaurant is carry-away/ delivery only, no tables only a couple of chairs for waiting if needed. The staff was friendly, smiles all around.

Food was 35 mins late. Flavors were dull, and chicken cashew was 30% peas. Like what the heck. General tsos was boring. Wonton soup was okay and egg roll was nice though greasy. Would not recommend.

The order was on time and the prices are great. However, the chicken lomein had no flavor and there was a tiny bone in it. The wonton soup had a sour taste. The egg rolls were the only thing I enjoyed.

I ordered the General Tso's Chicken (White Meat) combo platter which comes with an egg roll and choice of white or fried rice. I also ordered 6 crab meat wontons with sweet and sour sauce. The total was about $18 with tax, very affordable. It was enough food for 2 adults and 1 small child.

The chicken was delicious, very crispy and saucy. I really love their style on the sauce. The egg roll was also delicious and crisp. The crab wontons left a little to be desired but still pleased. Definitely coming back after this experience.

By far the BEST General Tso's Chicken in all of Manassas. My family has ordered from here since the day they opened in 1990. I try to give every new Chinese restaurant a chance, but still end up here as my "Go To"!

So the combination fried rice here is super good!! What a bargain- big size for just under ten dollars! The photo here is even without the big bump off rice i ate from the top. Best fried rice in dmv along with panda cafe in manassas.

Take out only place. The food was delicious and the owners were super nice. We ordered about 5 dishes. Lo mein was cooked perfectly and hot and sour soup was filling. We will come back when we are in the area.

STAY AWAY!FOODfood was terrible at best. I spent 26 and the only edible thing i got was egg rolls. stay away from the crab wontons and bbq pork ribs. I was surprised i did not get food poisoning from the few bites i ate.SERVICEwhile there it was fine but i tried contacting the place via the website and got no response for a refund request.ATMOSPHEREthe place smelled terrible. I should have trusted my nose and left but google said this is the highest rated place near me and i tried it..... DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!
