Stupid. Taco Bell closes their dining room at 10pm because that's when their staff goes home? Stupid. Tell their staff to stay longer serve people who want to visit.

I ordered breakfast food through a mask so the employee couldn't hear me well so I took it off. I wanted steak am crunchwrap. She didn't hear am so rang it up as regular crunch wraps. When questioned she said I didn't order am crunchwraps. For clarification I asked breakfast hours and lunch hours. I did not know they start serving lunch at 10 am but you can still get breakfast. So now I know. The order was completed in a timely fashion.

Easily the best Taco Bell / KFC location that always hits the mark for us.We’ve ordered twice here through DoorDash and each time, our food was hot, packaged well, AND KFC even called to notify that our meal would be delayed AND offered alternatives that would satisfy us.The male manager that works evenings (Tuesday when we ordered) deserves a praise, such a hardworking, efficient and professional individual.Overall, our top picks are: Chicken Pot Pie, Chicken Tenders, and Coleslaw!

I order a burrito only rice ,potato and sauce I'm pregnant I want the sauce. They parked me for potato I wait like 15mint when I went in the give me food no sauce I went back to ask for it. They said they put when I went back to my car there wasn't anything. Very dissatisfied.

Got an order on doordash which was a dash along the way order to Fairfax. Got a notification that the order was ready for pickup. It had like three items in it. I get there and it takes over 5 minutes to be helped, and when I asked for it the lady rudely pointed to an order with someone else’s name clearly on it and was like “that’s yours?” I said no and she ignored me and helped someone else then walked away when I was still standing at the counter. Not to mention she gave attitude to another delivery driver, saying “here take it!” And gesturing to the order. Okay so where’s my order? I’ve worked fast food and like I could just tell they didn’t even start on it. It’s a waste of time for us delivery drivers. We don’t get paid extra for waiting for an order to be ready. It also pulls down our ratings and often times customers will give us bad reviews if we’re late to the drop off. At this point I was still there five minutes after the latest pick up time so I dropped the order. Since it was a dash along the way order and I didn’t get to complete it I almost lost my Fairfax time slot which would’ve meant I couldn’t work. So anytime they wonder why delivery drivers get so annoyed with them, here’s why. I get it. Working fast food isn’t for everyone. If you don’t like it there don’t make your bad day everyone else’s bad day.

Hours are always wrong on here and their website. Stopped by at exactly 11:47pm and got the machine telling me they're closed. I would just assume they're closed once it's past 9pm.
I am only going to speak about the macaroni and cheese! It's simply the best tasting macaroni and cheese for a fast food restaurant that I have ever had... Rich and creamy ? If u love Mac and cheese you owe it to yourself to try it...thanks Barry

Worst taco bell ever! Can't even cut a Mexican pizza in 4. The hard tacos are soggy and soft, the meat taste like it's been sitting in a warmer and the staff are rude.anytime after 4 pm is the worst. The bread taste like it was dipped in sugar or sometimes grease. Must be cross contamination of other foods. Even my soft taco had cold meat and sour cream on the side was literally put on the side of my taco wrapped up and warm. My 8 yr old could do better. Why even pay these workers to close before closing and sit on their phones ignoring ppl at the window?
The staff here has been extremely professional and courteous. I recently had a situation arise where another customer mistakenly grabbed my order and ate one of my burritos. When his order was ready, he realized his mistake and apologized and gave me the rest of the food. The manager quietly replaced my order and was careful not to denigrate or humiliate the other customer for their mistake.I was extremely pleased at how she handled it. That could have gone many different ways, but she delicately took care of the situation. It’s always really nice to see when a problem arises and the store resolves it professionally and peacefully.On top of that good experience, I have found the staff at this Taco Bell to be friendly and quick. They’re good people.
You can see the picture clearly it says lobby close at 11 PM but it was 830 and all the doors were locked and they just had sign sayinh please use other door. I really hope the regional manager or area directors can see this and get to bottom of this this is so stupid.
