taco bell is crap. Worst seats, super uncomfortable. Terrible customer service. Long wait times. Seems to be the case with every restaurant not just this one

Food was good. Same quality food as any Taco Bell. Lobby and bathrooms were clean and stocked. But the employees tend to ignore anyone that walks up to the counter. Stood there about 5 mins when an employee finally acknowledged us. Instead of taking my order she told me to place it on the kios.

Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes at 8:30 at night for a few burritos. We couldn’t leave because we were boxed in at the drive thru lane. Should have given us our food for free.

I had placed an order through drive thru they didn’t put my nacho fries with my order i put, drove home saw that it was missing so i drove back to taco bell tried to tell them in the front that i was missing my order and they made me drive to the drive thru all over again and mind you, there was a massive line so i spent another 20 minutes waiting just to get my nacho fries. I got two of their names, one being jackie the other junior ( who doesnt have anything to do with this ) but they were under a manager who refused to give her name. She was very rude and definitely needs to be talked to.

This worker decided to leave when they were in the middle of a rush. Im embarrassed that I waited for the food haha

My husband ordered a Taco Party Pack, the employee didn't know what it was, he went to the window at the drive thru and they took his order, but they delivered it to him inside, when he got home they gave us 6 vegetable tacos and 6 regular ones, he ordered the 12 regular tacos, obviously he didn't come back due to the time and distance.
