I went to this location last Friday around 10pm and it was busy. There were many cars in the drive through and guests inside the restaurant. However, it moved efficiently, and I want to give a shout out to Antony, the cashier. Watch him work was genuinely impressive and he didn't even looked stressed. SOO shout out to Antony!

Been through the drive thru for breakfast a few times. Always nice workers in the window. Never had any issues. This Taco Bell has breakfast and it’s really good. I prefer this breakfast over the Golden Arches. Thanks

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at the Taco Bell on Nokesville Road in Manassas. My family and I placed a mobile order, expecting it to be quicker and more convenient — instead, we waited over an hour for our food. When I politely asked about the delay, one of the employees responded incredibly rudely, saying: “Why don’t you come work instead of me? I’ll give you gloves and you do the work for me.”

This response was not only unprofessional, it was completely unacceptable. On top of that, their behavior toward us felt blatantly racist and discriminatory — especially toward my sister, who was wearing a hijab. We were treated with disrespect from the moment we stepped inside.

This kind of service is disgusting and disappointing. Taco Bell needs to seriously look into the staff and management at this location. No customer should ever be treated this way.
