I placed an order for what I thought was delivery, it was for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but their number does not contact the store. Now I will be forced to dispute a charge. I will NEVER order from Fridays again.

Place was nearly empty but food still took over an hour to come out. I got 3 pot stickers instead of 5 for the appetizer and was basically ignored the whole 2 hours I was here waiting for a meal. Terrible staff. Food tasted good when I finally got it. Not really what I wanted at the end of a long work day. Some guy named Carlos got mad when I had to clap to get any attention.

It's been 15 years since I went to TGIF. Went with a large group of 25 including kids, so of course there were errors and delays in everything so I don't count them against the rating. The food, other than burgers, are of smaller portions, heavy in salt and overly saucy with salads. Gone are the jack Daniel sauces, replaced by a whiskey sauce which is not bad, but by itself cannot save the problems with rest of the food, which maybe straight off Sysco truck (most of these chain restaurants use Sysco).Price is borderline expensive but so is everything else.Let's see if TGIF will survey another 15 years

So tonight my boyfriend and I went in to this location, which we do often for drinks and some food. I decided tonight to order a Cobb salad and was very specific with the waitress that I wanted no cheese. No Jack cheese, no cheddar, no blue cheese. No cheese. And she definitely wrote that down. And I said I wanted to replace the ranch dressing with honey mustard. See, I'm extremely lactose intolerant, to the point that the allergist has tested me and warned me it's a borderline allergy. Causes me not only an extremely upset stomach, but also migraines, joint pain and sometimes even sinus trouble. Enough so that I have gone dairy free in order to alleviate the systems that I was suffering with that have only gotten worse as I've gotten older.The salad was brought to me with ranch, so I told the lady delivering it (not our waitress) that I had asked for honey mustard. She was like no worries took the ranch away. Our waitress brought out the honey mustard but while waiting for that, i noticed bits of blue cheese on my plate so when our waitress brought out the honey mustard, I told her, I know I asked for no cheese, but they put blue cheese on it. She said no worries I'll have them take care of that. Few minutes later, she came out with the same salad. They had removed the blue cheese from the edges of the plate, but it was still mixed in with the salad. I flagged her down and told her as much, and told her it was an issue because it wasn't that I didn't like the blue cheese, but I'm extremely lactose intolerant. She asked if I wanted them to make me a fresh salad, and of course I said yes. I had though that's what they would've done the first time. So they made a fresh salad, and brought it out. I started eating, happy to have new salad. About half way through, I notice a few flecks of blue cheese still mixed in. I confirmed it was still bits of blue cheese and not chicken (chicken doesn't smear between your fingers like blue cheese does) and overwhelmed with anxiety I did not finish my salad. There was definitely more bits of blue cheese then I saw. I started getting flemy, my head started to hurt, and my stomach started to not feel to good a few minutes later. Classic signs that I had ingested cheese or some form of dairy.I'm really upset that my food allergy was not taken seriously, that I'm not not feeling well and to top it off no discount on our check or anything was offered or given. I worry for any one that goes here with a severe food allergy that isn't taken seriously. This is how people end up in the hospital or worse

I ordered takeout of Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. The pasta didn’t include the chicken. It only had the shrimp. There was barely anyone in the restaurant so it’s not like they were so busy that they forgot.

Please Beware of this place!! Me and my cousin have been charged me 3 times, and they refuse to refund me the money, also I ordered 3 classic combo appetizers and they told me they didn't have potato skins that we would get more mozzarella sticks instead, but never got them and still got charged in full for the dish, table was sticky and menus were dirty with grease from other nasty clients, some menus are even broken or bitten down they have no shame, server was rude and blame the manager or the bartender for any mistake and never tried to make things better for us. Manager was a young lady obnoxiously full of herself, I've been in restaurant business for over 10 years and the manager would say everything was supposed to be like that, she would make stupid excuses thinking we're dumb enough to believe her. But I know way better than her. If I don't get a solution for my problem, I will sue this place for STEALING MY MONEY!!!!!! No wonder why this place is shutting down.

Terrible service, took 3 tries to get us drinks we wanted, salads came out in a boat dish! Apatizer was go before they even took our food order, fries came out cold, server never once asked how are meal was!

Just poor service. Items kept being forgotten or came out very slow. But the bill came the quickest lol. It's the only place near the hotel Open so late. Drinks are not that great. And they give old employees 35% off, I found that odd being military.

Straight thieves. Ordered through Doordash for Wow Bao and the whole order was wrong. They gave some curry rice and shumai. I ordered one teriyaki chicken bowl and one fried rice with dumpling bowl. $20 down the drain.

Ordered the 2 breast Jack Daniels to go on the app. One of the breasts were overcooked and smelled and tasted “charred” while the other was undercooked and raw in the middle. The sides were mid at best due to being unseasoned, no butter (broccoli) and over all bland.

Went there to eat before a concert today and we waited 33mins just for our drinks. Food was wrong all around took 53 mins to get our food. Very disappointed considering it was over $100 bill will never return to this place!!! Horrible food, horrible service nothing was good about this place!

Honestly, food was abysmal (chicken meat was undercooked). The waiter was doing his best, but also gave me way too much info about TGIF food (wings being pre-fried upon arrival to restaurant = gross). I’ll be dining at Chili’s next time.

Quality of food wasn't very good this time. Shrimp strong bad flavor so I didn't eat them and they dumped marinara on them which wasn't very appetizing. Small chicken breast okay. My sister's meal mediocre also. Service not great either. I won't go back again.
