The Black Sheep Restaurant

It was my first time in that establishment , however it will not be my last. The food was delightful. I tried some new sauces and some familiar dishes. The service ( my server, Adrianne, was simply superb) was excellent: not too obtrusive , yet always ready with the next dish or a helpful suggestion. She was great with the torch and the decaf cappuccino was definitely the fluffiest I’ve had in a while. Their carrot cake is divine! The atmosphere was festive but not overpowering. Time flew by so quickly.. I had such a great time. Now I understand why they are the best restaurant in Manassas!

Service was excellent. Atmosphere nice. Food: Horrible. Had muscles appetizer was undercooked and raw fish taste. Ordered octopus instead and the octopus was way over cooked and dry. The sauce cold right out of the refrigerator. Ordered the lamb chops as my main course, fatty with zero flavor. We drove thirty miles to try the restaurant. What a major let down.

We stopped here almost by accident while shopping for furniture in the area. Our expectations were admittedly low. The Black Sheep is part of the Two Silos Brewery property. From the outside, we weren't sure it was open. Most of the restaurant is upstairs. It's beautifully decorated. Combination of converted barn and very thoughtful and chic decor. The food was fantastic as were the mimosas. We had eggs Benedict and my daughter even ventured to have something new that she really liked (no small feat). This place was a gem and made the morning a nice adventure.

Great place! Food was great and ambience was amazing. We were here to celebrate my wife’s birthday but was surprised the restaurant didn’t provide a birthday dessert. Disappointing.

We went today to celebrate my husbands & my anniversary. The place was beautiful, food was delicious, & our server was great. Noelle went out of her way to make our dinner beautiful.

The food was delicious. I think i could have ordered every single shareable app. Luckily there was a group of 5 of us, so I at least tasted a few. Bacon, Deviled eggs, bourbon chicken wings and hush puppies just to name a few. Recommend all.

Overall, Great experience. Would definitely return.

I think ordered every appetizer and all were great. The mushroom bolognese was sooooo good!!! And the sunset view was beautiful. We had a great time and will definitely be back again.

Great restaurant with excellent service and atmosphere. Not cheap but also not expensive. The food is excellent.

Use to be a 5. Every single dish was room temperature. Clearly everything had been sitting out before it reached out table. So disappointing that the ambience didn't match the food
You definitely don't want to eat calamari and fish tacos at room temperature

Wow! Great gourmet meal. Great service. Our first visit and already planning future visits. Monday half-priced wine bottles a great reason to return on a Monday. Reservations recommended around meal times. Mid afternoon seating without reservation no problem.

I visited The Black Sheep Restaurant in celebration of my Birthday dinner recently. I ordered the Southwest Texas Springrolls as an appetizer, and they were very delicious and had a great balance of flavour! I ordered the Grilled Filet for dinner and the steak was cooked perfectly as I had ordered it, and came with a side of potatoes, asparagus and chimichurri sauce - the combination of items all paired well together and made it such a tasty dinner! I also was surprised after my meal by a beautiful Birthday treat! The food, service and atmosphere were all excellent at this restaurant and if you visit during the night, there is a beautiful outdoor seating area by a lit fire! Amazing experience, thank you! :)

I expected the food to be less grease. I ordered a chorizo ommelete, and the flavor was okay, except for the amount of the fat.
