Faaaantastic service! All the staff are knowledgeable about what goes into their food and there is no shortage on jokes either... what a good time We got the wings no picture because hangry, but the sampler with pork ribs, pulled pork, sausage,chicken and brisket is a steal and the baked beans are better than mine so I'll keep coming back

The bbq is tasty enough to eat without any sauce and the meat is cooked so perfect that I shake it apart to break it into the portion i want next. The sweet pickles reset my palette between different meats and sauces (I ordered the sampler) and the most wonderful part of the taste of it all was THAT THE SAUCES TASTE EXACTLY LIKE THEY ARE NAMED! The habernero is spicy because habernero was a real ingredient not a gimmick. Try it! Trust me. The vinegar was my relatively least favorite but only compared to the company it keeps! It tastes like the name says and is good enough to eat as a wonderful second flavor after a more robust sauce it’s delicious. The honey bourbon is the most diverse tasting— wonderful like the other but nothing like the others. The mustard IPA is pleasant and soft surprisingly because there is a clear mustard flavor but the sauce enjoys the use of mustard it’s not a slave to it. Wonderful again. The house sauce is better than store bought bbq sauces and it’s not close but that’s the best way to anchor down what it reminds me of — it’s better. way better. Enjoy it! The house bbq will be Perfect for my little ones. Sweet hickory is my favorite — just my personal opinion but i wouldn’t pass the others. I need my fair share of all of them. 100 stars for The Bone BBQ in Manassas. Oh awesome environment. Lovely staff. Cool bar. 100 more stars.

The barbecue is very delicious. Brisket was so tender and the perfect blend of meat and fat to keep it moist. I chose the sweet hickory sauce and it added to the flavor. The mac n cheese was extremely good as well. Served in a hot cast iron dish, it kept the added real cheese on the top nice and melted. Excellent ambiance and polite and helpful staff make this an excellent place to visit for a quality tasteful meal. Price point is higher than I like, but a nice place to splurge on occasionally.

We are so glad we took the chance!
I got the 3 meat plate with ribs, brisket, and sausage, wife got pulled pork. Both meals were fantastic! Everything tasted incredible, the brisket was cooked perfectly while the ribs were falling off the bone good. The pulled pork was juicy and flavorful.
The side items were so good on their own we could have just had those and still given this place a high rating.
Amazing!!! Had the brisket, pork, ribs, and juicy turkey. Everything was moist and fall of the bone great. For sides: beans and mac, delicious, can’t go wrong with anything there!

I tried The Bone BBQ about a month ago on a recommendation and loved it, so I decided to order again. This time I got a weekly special item- chicken quesadilla, and it was a huge letdown! It was stuffed with massive chunks of onions, barely any chicken, and ended up being soggy and nasty. Honestly, it felt like I ordered an onion quesadilla.
I was so disappointed I had to throw it away. I couldn’t even take it back since someone picked it up for me and I live in Maryland. Super frustrating because I know their food can be really good, but this was not it at all!
