Fabulous BBQ!!! We really love the brisket and the pulled pork, though we've had all their meat offerings and none disappoint. The mac and cheese is the star of the show for me, and totally worth the upcharge as a premium side. Their sauces are delicious and the service is always very quick. In my opinion, this is the best BBQ in manassas!!

The Bone catered a birthday event for us, and we couldn't be more pleased. We'd never tried their food before, but had heard nothing but good things, and the whole experience was commendable.
Amy (the catering manager) was responsive and so helpful to us when we had questions or even when we had to make last minute changes. Thanks, Amy! You really do your job well!

I finally tried it after numerous people raved about it. I have to say I was disappointed. The collard greens were taken over by vinegar. Way way way too much vinegar that I couldn't enjoy my greens. The mac and cheese was mediocre because some of the noodles we're still hard. Needless to say I will not be back. Me and my husband had looked forward to it but was totally disappointed.
Since we found it we have been going weekly. The staff is friendly and helpful. Every time we ask for recommendations they always seem to know what we want. The food is very good and the quantity leaves plenty to take home. The only downside is the location is very compact.

Phenomenal! Cool atmosphere, friendly staff, tasty food. Turkey and the Beef Brisket 2 meat combo was moist and delicious. Sauce choices were nice. Mac & Cheese was gooey cheesy and flavorful. Collard greens were good as well. Only thing I didn't care for was the flavor of the pickles, but I surely didn't come here for the pickles. Outstanding BBQ!! I'll be back next time I'm in the area. Oh yeah, I live in NC and The Bone kills all of the BBQ spots I have been to in NC.

I am a foodie and finding a good BBQ Smoke House is a Joy. The brisket literally melted in my mouth. We ordered the 3 meat platter. Brisket, pulled chicken and ribs. Collards and Cole slaw. Everthing was tasty. My only disatisfation is the cornbread did not come with the platter, we had to order it separately. They have a huge variety of beers...YUM.
Got food to go. I live about 10 minutes away, and food was still hot when I got it home. Overall taste was really good. Bake potatoes were actually soft. Most places seem to have trouble with this but not here. The only complaint was that the pulled chicken sandwich had a little too much fat for our liking, but they gave us enough meat on the sandwich it wasn't a deal breaker for us. It's a cozy place. Little small inside so if it's nice weather, grab a seat outside.
