Good tasty barbecue. The collard greens are a little salty. I like it that they serve Cole saw on the sandwich.

Best brisket I've had in a long time! Moist, tender, and flavorful. Staff was very friendly. If I'm ever visiting in the area again, I'll be back.

Tried the wings here tonight with my husband, habanero, and honey Bourbon. THE BEST WINGS I've had in a long time. The ranch was homemade, the blue cheese was delicious also. Stephanie and Zoe were wonderful in providing service, Stephanie was on top of cleanliness. Will be going back.

The Bone in BBQThe bone has become a Manassas StapleOffering foods of smokey flavor. I have visited here at least three times now to give it my review. The last time I was very pleased to see the prices on the board. When you walk in the Admosphere is very welcoming. The decor is just enough to give it this type of feeling and it's a very clean establishment. The staff welcomes you as you enter this too adds to the feeling. The menu board is plastered above your head in chalk as you walk in so take note of this when entering. It can be overwhelming so it would be nice if they had a simplified menu for the basics. But don't worry if your not sure the staff is very kind and will answer all your questions. The place is not huge when it comes to seating but in the summer outside offerings had been provided. Nevertheless you can always take it to go.The food ?All the meat options are flavored to perfection and is much appreciated add to the old town food options. The fall of the bone Ribs and Brisket are my go too. You can get your platters here from 2 to 3 Meat choices. There are Special pairings if you look on the wall for specials. Yes don't forget the specials.Sides.This is were my praise kinda lingers.Potato salad is delicious!Greens to much vinegar < someone had a heavy hand> I give them 3 out of 5. This is a quick fix on Restrants part by tasting before they serve them to public.Baked beans 2 out of 5Why so low well beans are not to be chewy. I found them to be way undercooked. The flavor is awesome just need to soft and not chewy gross. The slaw is good so 5 out of 5Dessert < nothing bad to say here at all>Drinks standard options but they do have tea. Not sure If they have hot though only cold from what I saw. They do have wine and beer and a bar!I found some customers like myself wondering what to do after the meal. I was told to leave my stuff on the table. They bust them. This brings me to the tip options when they flip the screen. If they are providing a service like busting your tables. Please tip of your just taking out don't feel obligated. But always choice is up to you. They will flip the screen for you to tip every time. Before leaving if you didn't finish you food you can ask for a box.The staff if not with a customer do thank you for coming. My over all take.Clean friendly great food atmosphere!Just need to work on the greens and beans.I personally want to thank the staff and owners for putting prices on thr board and being a much needed part of the manassas community!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs at this location

Brought the fam here to try the Manassas bbq scene and they did NOT disappoint. Omg never have I taken the family out and everyone was either full or cleaned their plate. Ribs were on point; tender and juicy with a perfect smoke. As a fellow smoker I appreciate the craft. My wife got the turkey and she loved it. Grandma got the brisket sandwich...empty plates all around. In my bbq experiences usually places have good meat and mediocre sides but this place had good sides as well. Beans were on point. Mac n cheese came hot and baked in a little tiny cast iron pan. The cole slaw was good too. I had the 3 meat platter and I cant wait to dig into these leftovers tomorrow. Highly recommended.

I didn’t want to leave a review since it’s a niche local business in an old town, however I have to be fair to myself and give feedback when it is needed.Customer service was excellent, the staff were very kind, However the food was not kind to me, as I’ve dealt with the repercussions of it. I believe it was the highly undercooked mac and cheese that did it for me. Which did not have any seasoning whatsoever it was literally macaroni and cheese, very thick cheese at that plasticy in a sense not the good kind. The baked potato literally was just that, a baked potato, with no seasoning, I got butter and sour cream but even Wendy’s seasons their baked potatoes, and for an additional up charge of $1.50 when a potato is Pennie’s on the dollar I’d expect better. The meat was extremely dry and not seasoned. For $30 I expected better, mission bbq although a chain knocks this place out of the water.I’m leaving 4 stars since I don’t want to hurt the business I just want to offer insight, their lowest reviews also relate to lack of seasoning, pricing, dryness etc.

Be prepared to have "The Bone" change your life. This is my first review of The Bone, and I have been coming here since 2020. In 2020, my then boyfriend came to this place as our first date. I've never been a big fan of BBQ, until I tried The Bone's brisket. Hands down the best food I've ever had. In 2021, my bf proposed to me after finding out we were expecting our first child-and we celebrated eating at The Bone. Where it all started! Had the best baked potato of my life here. Nov 2021, first time home owners, celebrated here. Brought our daughter during the town's fall jubilee, Dec 2022, bought The Bone's Christmas food special. We have been coming back year after year because the food is truly top quality and the staff is very friendly and always scan the room to insure everyone in your party is doing okay. This past weekend, came in as a family of 3, enjoying baked potato, pulled pork nachos, & the brisket platter my husband and our 2 year old loved! The Bone holds a special place in my heart, and it is absolutely the perfect addition to Old Town Manassas.

Impressive food. Very good. Service was also really good. Ordering food then finding a place to sit down after you order is a little awkward but it worked.

A pretty good BBQ spot, the ribs were really good. There is a lot of seating inside and some outdoor seating for the warmer days. I enjoyed the house made barbeque sauce to dip my brisket in. It's some good old fashioned small town barbeque. Stop in if you're in town. It's worth it.

we were just walking by this restaurant, caught a whiff of the BBQ, and WOW, did this place not disappoint. by far, the best cornbread muffins i have ever had. we starred with the loaded potato skins with the pulled chicken - spectacular. we split the BBQ po'boy and brisket sandwiches, and one was better than the other. the onion straws and mac'n'cheese were both clearly homemade and both delicious. everything was reasonably priced and there were plenty of options. i love that they carry local brews and ciders. will definitely be back!Parking: free parking garage across the street. easy to find convenient spaces.
