Limited serving sizes on some items.
I got recommended here and was definitely not worth the money or wait. The smoothie tasted more like ice than it did fruit. There is a smoothie place in the Manassas mall that’s 10x better, 10 minutes down the road called Bubbke Tea Station.
I got a Mango Magic smoothie it tasted like straight up ice
I went to get my smoothie and I am so happy with the time that I got served and how kind was the stuff.
I ordered through DoorDash and I’m 100% sure they forgot to make my smoothie correctly. I got a beach bum with white chocolate but annoyingly they didn’t put white chocolate in it. I know what it’s supposed to taste like and it did not taste like a beach bum smoothie. The white chocolate is the best part of the smoothie so I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated at this time.

They left wax paper in my food. Reported it the same day via the app when it happened and nobody even bothered to reach out to me about the problem. Would not recommend eating here as it seems they don't care about people finding inedible things in your food.

I placed my order this afternoon06/20/2024 at 4:11:11 pm order# 21624139024496 The Latin worker asked me my name. Responded with a name 3 male people
/ workers in the back looking at phones ?? I told the lady I'm gonna go over here and sit down and start working on my weekend schedule. She didn't even respond she just turned tturned and
walked away. ?? I tried ordering my drink online on the drive to the Store and the Website Will Not Take the Order.So I miss my points!?? After waiting a little over 5 minutes I look up to see what's going on and there is four drinks on the counter? I go check and my drink is sitting there with my name and my order number.Which none of these wherever announced. I asked the lady what is the point of asking my name or giving me an order number?If when she brings the drink out she's not going to announce it. Another customer overheard me and said exactly what is the point? She just turned and walked away. Picking up my drink.I went to use the men's room Upon opening the door the light automatically comes on and the floor is atrocious toilet paper and other papers all over the floor. I'm thinking to myself if this bathroom looks this bad I wonder how bad the kitchen looks. It's bathroom hasn't been cleaned since last night if that. Really disappointed in this store! Is other locations are much differently run. Names are announced when drinks are ready.If no one comes to pick it up a goes in a cooler! This place needs a lot more supervision for these children!

Owner whose middle Eastern is rude towards his guests & his staff. VERY UNORGANIZED & GREEDY. Only cares about money & barely uses ingredients leaving food& smoothies flavorless/cold in order to save money on his behalf. Likes to bring his personal problems to work which is unprofessional. Said I should go back to Mexico. Terrible place! Don’t come here unless you want to be disrespected & want terrible smoothies.

Watered down smoothies. Inconsistent quality from this location. Possible poor business practices seem to be occurring in order to be more profitable or low quality control? Store Manager(teenager) on duty and store owner were rude and had no care. Non apologetic. Told me I should have submitted my claim within 24 hrs even though I had called within 2 days. Owner had me go through a dreading questionnaire and proof of purchase. All for no response. I am of the people, so don’t hesitate to request a remake on the spot until they get your $8 smoothie right!
Owner followed up with comment below: It’s an auto response with a link to a useless survey. Takes me through loop for no results or solution. Go to Smoothie King down the street!

I ordered a bahama mama smoothie and I found a lot of small pieces of thread like material in my smoothie. It was literally thread or plastic. I had to throw it away :/

I left my information for a manager after they managed to get my order completely incorrect a third day in a row. I've yet to receive a call. Nothing has changed. I won't return to this location. They didn't refund my money either.First two times, they made me a quesadilla when I ordered a wrap, but at list it was a similar dish I guess, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I took it back and they remade it. I checked at the store, so at least I wasn't too far. I do not eat meat. So I always order no chicken, sub plant based protein or a vegetarian dish in the first place. Third time they gave me a turkey bacon sandwich instead of my wrap. I had to skip my lunch to drive all the way back. Every single time for 3 orders in a row within 1 week. They managed to get my order wrong. The bag, the name, all correct. But they put a non-vegetarian or not even close item in my bag. I'm glad I'm not removing something I'm allergic too. Then they get an attitude when I come back. "I made your wrap, it's correct, maybe someone took your bag." I have my bag, with my name on it. Maybe they do it to keep the free food when you bring it back ??

I ordered ahead and my husband went inside to pick up the order. As soon as my husband came in the car the flatbread felt cold. I opened it and everything was cold! I went back inside and the manager gave a lame excuse to why it was cold. They obv didn't heat up the flatbread sandwich. I was annoyed and I wont be going back after always giving them the benefit of doubt, many years later they still suck.
