Don’t come on Thursdays afternoons, their sloppy rude staff chit chat too much and had backs turn on customers, I’ve never ever had bad service from this place until today.

Apparently they allow dogs to sit at the counter. I will not be visiting this location again. The girls working seemed to know the girls with the dog. (They called each other ugly.) Maybe the owner will follow up. I hope to hear back but wouldn't trust them to treat me well if I walked in there again.

Waited over 15 minutes over estimated pick up time and in the meantime inquired about whether or not my order was ready only to be told no each time. When I finally unpackaged my meal I noticed my chips were partially opened. Against my better judgment I tried one for the sake of having a decent lunch although cut short and it was obviously stale. I reached out to the store to see how the situation could be salvaged and was informed they would reach out to me tomorrow as the manager wasn’t in office or rudely suggested a refund on the chips. Would not recommend this particular location.

I saw the lady making my smoothie touching the fruit with bare hands. I was shocked and disgusted I tried telling the other girl and she just laugh and nod. Not coming back to this place.

I usually don’t write bad reviews but the food from this store gave me food poisoning. I’m a repeat customer at this location and I’ve never experienced any issues here until now. I don’t necessarily think it’s this store’s fault either, as my roommate got food poisoning recently from the Fairfax Town Center location lol.

Came in, placed an order for an Acai bowl. Received my order, sat down to eat it. Acai bowl was an entire frozen block of ice, you couldn't even stick a spoon in it- frozen solid. I politely went to the counter to see if they could maybe make a new fresh one. I was told "we were busy and made them earlier and forgot to take them out of freezer, nothing we can do about it." They didn't offer to make me one that was...edible . How could they charge me $12 for something Id have to wait to thaw. Would it be acceptable to hand someone a smoothie that was frozen solid? Completely rude teenagers with no respect working there. I left, not worth the argument. My advice- don't patron this store!! They are lacking leadership and customer service values!

Always a good experience at this location. Friendly, fresh, and fast. My favorite is the kale apple slaw. Three cheese chicken quesadilla is my go to.
