Second time I arrive before store closes at 8:55pm. Hours say 9pm close and girls closed the place down, locked doors, and cleaned up. That’s poor and immature customer service and missed sales and no way to treat loyal customers. They care about going home rather than running a business.

They don’t listen!!! Was they trained correctly??? Not 1 but 3 people don’t make smoothies properly. They don’t acknowledge add ins. If i customize my smoothie to have added peanut butter and bananas then why it isn’t in there If i pay for??
The woman yesterday even looked at me at a judgement tone for asking for peanut butter and banana in my avacolada. Also, didn’t put it in it cause I didn’t taste it. Add insult to injury because they don’t put the sticker that tells what the customer ordered.
I’m only giving them 2 stars cause they do get the food right when ordered.

This place is clean, the morning staff is nice and the smoothies are great. My issue is we come in often before going to work. Why am I waiting so long for someone to take my order then make my smoothie I have to go to work .

They didn’t send my smoothie and when I call to the store the lady told I had to go to the store and pick up my smoothie!if I had to go to the store why would I order online for delivery! They didn’t send my smoothie nor they give my money back !that’s not fair they just took my money !

I’ve been to this location a rare occasions and always enjoyed my experience. I’m not big on reviews but thought this team deserves positive feedback. I work out at LA Fitness, I try not to eat out and there are limited healthy options when it comes to fast food. I appreciate this team for always accommodating my special requests without a fuss. I’ll ask for no rice, or extra kale, or no add syrup or whatever and they always advise of the extra expense or say sure without attitude. I don’t know if they just don’t care or are used to such special requests being next to a gym. I’m sure others may have dietary restrictions they’re want to stay inbounds of. Either way…it’s much appreciated and Tropical Smoothie is my “go to” when meal planning isn’t an option.

Don’t come on Thursdays afternoons, their sloppy rude staff chit chat too much and had backs turn on customers, I’ve never ever had bad service from this place until today.

Apparently they allow dogs to sit at the counter. I will not be visiting this location again. The girls working seemed to know the girls with the dog. (They called each other ugly.) Maybe the owner will follow up. I hope to hear back but wouldn't trust them to treat me well if I walked in there again.
