I ordered an açaí bow it came with a huge hair inside. I obviously returned and they made another one. But honestly, I should’ve asked for my money back because I couldn’t even eat anymore. They don’t use hair cap, some of them didn’t even use gloves. Flies were flying inside the kitchen and spider webs around to the chairs.

My daughter found fly eggs in her chicken from a meal we ordered here, there also seemed to be mold on the piece that had the eggs on it. Unfortunately she noticed after she was mostly done with the food, and she was sick the next morning. I went back and talked to management and they were very dismissive and told me essentially “it happens.” The location smells foul and doesn’t seem clean the multiple times I’ve been there. I won’t be going to this location again and am in the process of reporting this to the health board.

This was my first time visiting this location. I was a little apprehensive as some other locations of Tropical Smoothie Cafe were less than stellar and very disappointing. NOT THIS ONE!!! The customer service was exceptional, the food superb, the place was clean as well as the bathroom. I was very impressed with Ashlyn who took our order. She was super friendly. She especially demonstrated her excellent customer service skills with the gentleman that was serviced after me. He asked tons of questions. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the food items and smoothies. I will definitely be back, again and again. I am Vegan, so it was nice to have the plant based protein option for my wrap. I will refer this location to everyone I know!!!?

My boyfriend and I brought our young daughter for lunch on Friday. The gentleman working the register was very nice, made a DELICIOUS suggestion for me since I had never had the food before (only the smoothies), and was very sweet with our shy little girl. He even brought her one of the edible straws to try (she said she liked the flavor, but I guess she didn't like the texture when she wanted to chew it up like she normally does to straws, lol). I tried the Chicken Chorizo Wrap and it was delicious! My boyfriend just had a smoothie and of course enjoyed it. Our daughter had the Chicken Pesto Flatbread and loved it, along with a Jetty Junior smoothie.

Quick and friendly service. Mango Berry cosmo smoothie is delicious. Caribbean jerk wrap was fresh, but lacking flavor.
Completely understaffed with supposedly no manager on duty and no sense of leadership or direction. People have been waiting for over 30 minutes for their food and smoothie. I don’t know who the manager, owner, or area a manager is but this store needs an overhaul. Completely ridiculous!

I’m OB, and I approve this message ?. ————— Tropical Smoothie is definitely a fun, enjoyable and good choice of music playing place to go eat at. ?? Approved!!! Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I truly like that they allow some of the local high schools to participate in gathering fundraisers for various sports (eg. lacrosse, cheer, etc.). My daughters love it whenever we show up bc we are greeted as if we were local superstars bc we tend to tune up the place with Latin music requests. LOL! I most definitely recommend the one off Prince William Pkwy for anytime of the day. Shout-outs to the young Latinas repping Romeo Santos with L.O.V.E.
