My boyfriend and I brought our young daughter for lunch on Friday. The gentleman working the register was very nice, made a DELICIOUS suggestion for me since I had never had the food before (only the smoothies), and was very sweet with our shy little girl. He even brought her one of the edible straws to try (she said she liked the flavor, but I guess she didn't like the texture when she wanted to chew it up like she normally does to straws, lol). I tried the Chicken Chorizo Wrap and it was delicious! My boyfriend just had a smoothie and of course enjoyed it. Our daughter had the Chicken Pesto Flatbread and loved it, along with a Jetty Junior smoothie.

Completely understaffed with supposedly no manager on duty and no sense of leadership or direction. People have been waiting for over 30 minutes for their food and smoothie. I don’t know who the manager, owner, or area a manager is but this store needs an overhaul. Completely ridiculous!

Approved!!! Whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I truly like that they allow some of the local high schools to participate in gathering fundraisers for various sports (eg. lacrosse, cheer, etc.). My daughters love it whenever we show up bc we are greeted as if we were local superstars bc we tend to tune up the place with Latin music requests. LOL! I most definitely recommend the one off Prince William Pkwy for anytime of the day. Shout-outs to the young Latinas repping Romeo Santos with L.O.V.E.

I have come to this location about four times with many months in between each visit and each time the smoothie is subpar. I have been drinking this same açai berry boost for about four years, so I know exactly how it's supposed to taste. I was there today and the first time they made it it was watery and light on the fruit. They made it a second time and the protein was gritty and there was no banana which I paid extra for! I paid for it but had to throw it away because it was worse than the first one. If you want to have a profitable business you can't cut the customer short. If you are paying $10 for one drink, you want to get what you paid for! I think some training would work wonders. I'm sure Tropical Smoothie has standard recipes and they are obviously NOT following them because every other store gets it right!

Placed a curbside order and they forgot about it. After waiting a longer time than I should have I called the store to ask about it and the exact words were, "oops we forgot about you". Good smoothies but horrible customer service. I recently had a delivery from another tropical smoothie location and they forgot an entire meal and smoothie then gave me a $5 gift card as an apology, that didn't even cover the cost of a smoothie.

Great smoothies but terrible customer service. My younger brother asked for a military discount and accidentally left the wallet in the vehicle. So he tried to search for confirmation on where it was via his phone. When he asked them to disregard we could literally hear the server Karina gossiping in the back, we then waited for our orders for 8 minutes and they mockingly told us that our order has been ready when they never even called out our name. It was just poor customer service all around. With all due respect they gotta do better.

This location in particular is my favorite one. The employees are always nice and are starting to recognize me because of how frequently I visit and their quality is ALWAYS consistent! I also had ordered this location through a food delivery service and the delivery person took a while but when I received the smoothies they tasted like they’d remade them or waited a bit to make them, which they didn’t necessarily have to do but I really appreciated it.

I like that she always takes my order because they have treated me others but sometimes they are in a bad mood and in a hurry to That's why I asked him his name and I give him 5 stars if I could I would give him more.
