Came here to bowl on a Sunday service was great. Came on a Monday and service is terrible waiter never came, bowling got stuck just over all a horrible experience. This is definitely on management. I wouldn’t come on a weekday for sure

We just had our sons 9th birthday at Uptoown Alley and while the pizza was fantastic (as always) and they kept the drinks topped of the party host if you can call her that was awful. She was extremely rude to the point our guests were asking us about why she awas acting that way toward us. We had not asked anything of her but every interaction was miserable and really ruined the tone of the party for us and our adult guests who were seeing how she was acting. To that end I would highly recommend not booking a party, it would be better to just show up with a group and bowl/eat than deal with someone like her.

Staff so unfriendly and slow to response. Games/pins got stuck every 6-7 round. Servers slow and unresponsive. For the money we spent not worth.

I had a really disappointing experience at this bowling alley due to the terrible customer service. One of the staff members was especially rude and unhelpful throughout our visit. While I don’t know her name, it was clear that professionalism and basic courtesy were lacking. It completely took away from what should have been a fun time. I hope management takes steps to improve their training and customer service standards, because right now, I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

The bowling alley is consistently in need of repairs. Right now I have been sitting here for 20 minutes and can't leave because I can't get my ball! Something happens ever time I come here

We had a fantastic time at Uptown Alley! The energy was great, nice lanes made for a fun birthday outing with family. What really made the experience exceptional was our server (Tyrell). He was incredibly supportive, super accommodating, and constantly made sure we were taken care of. We definitely put them to the test with how often we needed Diet Coke refill which never missed a beat!

Went to uptown alley for good eats and a friendly competition of bowling. Everything seemed okay until we got to our lane, our game time was running but the pins wouldn’t drop. We went to the service desk 3 times. They switched the lane, yet the next lane wouldn’t work.. so again we had to switch lanes AGAIN… The food … The food at one point in time was unmatched! During this visit for whatever reason the bartender took our order. He was actually pretty cool. The server with pink/purple hair just simply would not open her mouth (manners are still real) so we figured we weren’t her type of people 🤷🏽♀️ my voice carries so there’s no way she didn’t hear me. The spring rolls were not fresh, the chicken just was not season and lacked flavor, shrimp was huge (not what they had before) the best thing was probably the quesadilla.. Five stars for the Quesadilla but the overall experience… never again.
Went here Saturday July 5th we had a great time my kids and grandkids never was a dull moment. We bowled played video game, watched t.v was a really great time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was 13 of us so they were definitely busy. Thank you so much for the great service. Only complaint is I wish they had a healthier menu but hey it's finger food so I'll deal with it.

I loved bowling here, but it was so frustrating not getting any food. A woman with pink hair gave me a menu, and I looked over it. I was expecting her to come to take my order, but I kept seeing her taking care of the table next to me and doing whatever, and didn't do so much as bat an eye at me! I tried to get her attention, but she just pretended like I didn't exist. The food option on the kiosk thingy at our lane wasn't even there! I walked out of there hungry and in tears due because I was looking forward to having something to eat while I bowl, only to be ignored. Disappointed.

Bowling lane stopped working after 2 frames, moved to different table which was extremely dirty. No accommodation other than 2 free drinks no time added to the bowling shut down before we got to 10 frames.
