Great pizza

So I guess your employees don't know a thing. Called to ask a question about if your pizza contains sunflower oil or black pepper, as we have a family member with allergies and the employee said yes, that your pizza contains these two things. When I inquires to make sure it contain sunflower oil, he say yes again, but then he said they don't make the sauce on the premises. So I asked if he was going to help me and he said the manager ans owner were not there. Then he said I could call back if I want in 10 min and he would try to check and see if it contained those ingredients.Really, is this job that hard? That you can't answer an allergy question? You can't even just see if there is a list of ingredients?Very frustrating as I'm trying to get dinner for my family and it's so nice to he given the shaft based on allergies.It might help some people to get their heads out of their dark and remote places to know that some people with allergies have significant disabilities and when you deny them, you are adding to their difficulty and their parents' painstaking attempts at helping their child lead a normal life. Just please remember that.

If yourr ordering Gluten Free pizza any where else, youre doing it wrong. Vocelli does a fantastic job!

Pizza may be good but delivery experience was horrible. Waited an hour before contacting the store to check on my food, was told then it was just going in the oven they were behind. Ok, fine that happens. Had strict delivery instructions to call/text on delivery as I wouldn't hear a door knock. Decide to go check 30 minutes later after not hearing from a driver to find my food sitting outside cold.

Horrible customer service

My company decided to feed our employees at the last minute. I placed a $300 order shortly after opening and they were great about it. Pleasant while taking the order. Gave me a 30 minute window and they were right on time. And there were zero mistakes in my order. Their staffer offered to load my car without hesitation. The customer service was very much appreciated! Thank you from the Wellington Giant Staff!!

Ordered a pizza for delivery on 10/20/21 at 11:49am. It didn't show up until 1:10pm. Pizza was ice cold when it arrived.
