So slow. On my last visit they forgot basic things like straws and sauces. It's hit or miss. Sometimes they get it right. Sometimes it's a minor issue like no napkins or the wrong sauce.
If I'm going to do fast food, at least make it convenient by not forgetting things or messing it up.
I get the employees are just unskilled low pay labor, but as a customer I expect better.
Skip this and pick one of the hundreds of other restaurants nearby.
Minus one star for having to get out of my car in the drive thru. Minus another star because it's not like Wendy's is even good for you.

If I could not give it any stars, I would, because the service is terrible, the Indian lady is an abuser with the customers, I went to pick up an order and she spoke badly to me, yelled at me and mistreated me and the Hispanic employees who are there are afraid of her, I will never visit this restaurant again, they should fire her, because they have no empathy or tact when talking to people.

I get the salads from here and it’s ALWAYS fresh, with crispy lettuce. and the food is always hot. And the guy at the drive through is always super nice, always gives extra napkins when requested.

Whoever opened this morning is a very rude person. First the doors weren't open at 7, there was a line of Uber drivers to get food. No biggie. Than the lady said I had to sit at a specific table like I'm her daughter that she usually brings in because I wanted to use the only outlet near a table. Terrible service.

Seemingly closes at random times during the night. Twice ive placed mobile orders only to get there and its closed during hours that should be open. The hours need to be updated and they shouldnt be accepting mobile orders if its closed.
If you pay with tap to pay on your phone, the workers seemingly have no idea how to use it. They will tell you its not working after multiple failed attempts, if you ask them to do it yourself it works just fine.
App coupons seemingly dont work at the store. You get there, place an order, when you get to the window and they scan it they always say it doesnt work. Last time they said some system was "offline" or something. But then you can place a mobile order with that same deal right after and it works fine.
