Seemingly closes at random times during the night. Twice ive placed mobile orders only to get there and its closed during hours that should be open. The hours need to be updated and they shouldnt be accepting mobile orders if its closed.
If you pay with tap to pay on your phone, the workers seemingly have no idea how to use it. They will tell you its not working after multiple failed attempts, if you ask them to do it yourself it works just fine.
App coupons seemingly dont work at the store. You get there, place an order, when you get to the window and they scan it they always say it doesnt work. Last time they said some system was "offline" or something. But then you can place a mobile order with that same deal right after and it works fine.

Theres just good people working here, always nice. One guy with a mustache remembered that my girl likes the burger with only cheese and saved me one time. I never write good reviews for places but this place always solid.

Wendy's still seems to have one of the better low price "dollar" menus around...For $5 I can actually feed a young very active boy and still have a leftover snack for later...

I’m not sure why the young lady in here decided to tell me that they were baking sugar cookies and it would be 35 min before they were ready. My younger autistic sister has been waiting since last week for this treat but 35 min is too long for anyone to wait around for cookies and this girl knew that. I could see the cookies needing cooling time but even that doesn’t take 35 whole minutes so really thanks a lot lady. I hope you have a GREAT DAY!!! And yes I mean that aggressively!?

First, the best part of this visit was the customer service from Armando. We had tried using the app for the March Madness promo and was so frustrated by the whole process, we left the drive thru. Today, we had some time so we went into Wendy's to get some help. Armando was the man. Very, very helpful. He explained everything. Thank you Armando. Lucky for us there was no one in the store.The store is nice but lacks character or ambience. There are no accent pieces that are inviting unless you count the freestyle coke machine. There is plenty of natural light in the seating area. That is a big plus.
