Went to try the Krabby Patty meal tonight and normally I don’t go to this Wendy’s because every time I go there’s an issue, but it was the closest to where I was so I tried to stop quickly with my son since it was late. Tonight I was missing part of my order and my burger was raw in the middle. Done going there and will go out of my way to go to any other one but this one.

This is a legitimately especially bad Wendy's. They mess up orders far more often than average. They will give you stale food far more often than average. The service is noticeably bad. It's genuinely a bad location serving a bad product with poor service.

I ate in the morning some breakfast meal here. I gave them 15 minutes to get to me before I decided to call the store just to get them to come to the front. Then the sandwich they served me I found has plastic in it. I can only sue if it does damage to me so if I need to go to the hospital then I'm getting a payday

Handed me my food with a "here ya go"! No, thank you?! Attitude of both the people I encountered was nonchalant! I didn't go inside I was at the drive-thru. So my atmosphere was rated on that. Be aware of who is hired in your establishment whether they are relatives or not!!!

I’ve tried 3 times on 3 different occasions to get a frosty here in the evening. They are either melted or the wrong flavor. Today I went through to try the new orange creamsicle flavor and it was completely melted.
