This place charges for barbecue sauce if you do not get chicken nuggets, which is a bit ridiculous given that the majority of people use barbecue sauce not only for chicken nuggets, but their burgers or fries as well. I think this is something that Management should take a look into McDonald’s doesn’t charge for their barbecue nor does Burger King.

you cant place mobile orders here, and then when you go to the drive thru to use an app deal or reward it doesnt work half the time. they always list close and dont answer the phone, and sometimes this location and the centerville one are closed at random timea of the day so you never know if its open or not. sometimes they close early as well.

I love Wendy's and and the food they serve. This location needs to review what they are doing. They have a manager who clearly struggles with the English language as I asked for a double and recieved a single. I had to tell him 4-5 times that I wanted the spicy honey bbq nuggets and he kept repeating honey bbq right!? The food was lukewarm so I don't know who owns this particular location but you need to reevaluate your team members. I WILL NOT be visiting this location again.

Went through drive thru and ordered a meal. The only disappointment was they didn't have the grape sprite as advertised on the big ad board near the drive thru speaker. why advertise if you don't have it.

I enjoy Wendy's...it's one of my favorite fast food joints. Portion size and flavor normally exceed the likes of a McD's or BK. I've commonly been disappointed with this particular location, though. Bland food, long wait times, and a staff that are friendly enough, but don't really seem to care. If I'm spending $60+ to feed a family of four, I at least expect better flavor. It's a shame this is the closest one to my house. Definitely go to Wendy's...just avoid this location.

I went through the drive to Order to Small Iced Coffee. There was supposed to be 99 cents. That's what the sign said. I get you the register. They say, 2 and some change ... I asked for the manager.She was such a witch to me... The stores is supposed to honor you. The price that's on the display. She would not give it to me for the price on display, which was a dollar less. Just one small, drink well, she lost a customer i prefer wawa, i'm at wawa, lol i just got free ice water huge, coffee for 99 cents in most important, they are always kind and friendly at wawa
I went to this Wendy's yesterday and waited 10 minutes for food. I received cold food that had apparently been sitting. It was so disgusting and I was disappointed!!! I could have gone in and complained, but I was exhausted and wanted to get home. I spent $22 and that is too much for fast cold food!!!!

Tonight they sold me a quarter pound cheeseburger that was raw on the inside. Seven dollars for a burger I couldn't even eat! I was going to try and nibble around the outside edges but it wasn't even cooked through there. This tells me that they don't enforce any standards when they cook their food. I won't be back.
