Ordered a double. Way over cooked. Dry and so hot you couldn't hold the sandwich. I asked for onions mustard and ketchup. Repeated the order several times and she got the order wrong. No big deal but for 18 is was not a good meal at all. These burgers are supposed to be fresh and mine wasn't. Very disappointed.

They do not wear gloves… palming my fries and putting them in the bag while grabbing them from the top is disgusting.

This Wendy's is fine. When I order the loaded fries they don't always chop he bacon and I feel like lately the food hasn't been as great but it's completely fine.

The new salted caramel frosty was so good. The mushroom bacon burger was good the sauces was overwhelming. The bake potato was spot on.

I have been to this place a few times, Maria is so helpful but the experience I had with Evilin negates all that. Just drove to the speaker and kindly asked if I could have the fries hot, meaning fresh. She replied "what", I just said oh I mean "fresh fried"....no response. After 30 seconds I said hello, and she replied pull up to the window. So when I got there I just said, hi I meant to say "fresh fried" my bad, her response was, "I don't care about your order" I seriously never been so disgusted with someone in the fast food industry like this. This is a hospitality industry as well and if someone doesn't CARE to be nice to patrons and doesn't value the job, then why are they there. I really see why her name is spelled like the way it is. I hope she didn't steal someones name tag but she is the girl who has weird bumps on her cheeks. Avoid her at all cost or avoid the place entirely.

I had forgotten how good Wendy's burgers are as several years passed between visits. They're really near the top, well prepared and presented. The service is also friendly and welcoming. I'm going back!

Person who took the order audio technical difficulties. I received 2 sandwiches instead of a triple sandwhich. But I did get the 10 piece. And 2 lemonade but for price I paid for. They were suppose to fix it to keep customers happy like I did in 2006 --to keep them coming back! Daves words!--. The manager said " just pay the difference and I'll give it to you" in spanish.. That was the last straw they did not want to give me my receipt after refund . To confirm refund. The manager told the cashier "you messed up !you took the wrong order "You do not do that in front of customers! you wait for them to leave and then attention to detail later for improvement. June 8,2024 around 12:28pm they can check cameras to confirm..... we took our money to chili's instead down the road... Instead of management holding up the line, it would have been faster to fix it and go. The food was returned to Wendy's and who knows if they threw it away or they ate it. But corporate lost money for electricity and labor for that food.
