So far so good, always had a great time when I stop by the drive thru for a #2 with no mayo (unlike other locations, this one hasn't tried to wipe it off and hand it over, they actually do it right and give me a bun that no mayo touched! As someone with food allergies, this is huge!) the workers are quick and efficient, and my food has always been hot and ready enough times I had to give them a great review. Please keep up the excellent work.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at this Wendy’s was so unprofessional that it needs to be shared. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming. The manager, who should be setting an example, was shockingly rude—not just to me, but to their own employees right in front of customers. Their tone was short, dismissive, and dripping with attitude, making it clear they had no interest in basic customer service.
The food was just as disappointing. My order was made with old, stale ingredients. The fries were cold and rubbery, clearly sitting for far too long. The burger was dry, with wilted lettuce and a bun that was hard around the edges. It’s obvious that freshness and quality are not a priority here.
To make matters worse, using the Wendy’s app is a complete waste of time at this location. The staff—and especially the manager—treat mobile orders like an inconvenience rather than a convenience. You’ll end up waiting longer than walk-in customers, and your food will still be cold.
Between the manager’s unprofessional behavior, the poor food quality, and the way app orders are mishandled, this Wendy’s is failing on every level. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest others avoid this location entirely.

I ordered online and get to the intercom tell the guy I have a mobile order and my name he says okay and come to the window. I have the app on my phone, in my hand showing my order # and they tell me they have nothing for me. The money clearly came out of my bank account and I’m showing them the Wendy’s app. Nope still apparently doesn’t matter, and the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. She was throwing her hands up in the air saying i don’t know what to tell you, i have no idea. So I go to the main page of the Wendy’s app and it says the order was already picked up. So again I show her and she wants to argue with me like I’m supposed to drive off and get over the fact I paid for food and did not receive it. I was very polite at first and asked if there was a possibility they gave it to someone else BECAUSE there isn’t any proof or code you give them, you just give them a name and she again wants to argue with me and tell me we aren’t just going to give it to you, like that’s what I was asking. I sat on the phone for over an hour last night waiting on customer service and was hung up on. The money was never refunded to my account and it still says on the app that it was picked up. So very obviously they gave my mobile order away and did not want to take any responsibility on their poor managing skills. Just handing people mobile orders because they said they had a mobile order will eventually turn into an issue. The manager should be extremely embarrassed, she cannot handle any type of pressure clearly. They all seemed very overwhelmed and it really wasn’t even busy. I am disputing the charges and I am deleting their terrible app. I’ll never go to this location again

I ordered on the app and they let me amend my order at the window slightly because the app wouldn’t. Very friendly and quick service. This has become my new Saturday morning breakfast spot. Customer service in the fast food industry isn’t always the greatest, but it was on full display at this Wendy’s.

Ordered a double. Way over cooked. Dry and so hot you couldn't hold the sandwich. I asked for onions mustard and ketchup. Repeated the order several times and she got the order wrong. No big deal but for 18 is was not a good meal at all. These burgers are supposed to be fresh and mine wasn't. Very disappointed.

They do not wear gloves… palming my fries and putting them in the bag while grabbing them from the top is disgusting.
This Wendy's is fine. When I order the loaded fries they don't always chop he bacon and I feel like lately the food hasn't been as great but it's completely fine.
Very clean wendys. Staff was friendly, and the food came out correct, fast, and delicious.
Always a good and fast drive-thru experience. Never had a problem there. Food is always hot and fresh
