Ordered 2 # 1's Doubles with Cheese one with ketchup and mayonnaise and the other ketchup and mustard. They came as ordered fries and drinks both were as orederd. Wendy's has been good through the years. I like the old fries versus the new. I also had a chicken sandwich and nuggets they also were good. They provided plenty of condiments, and the service was good. The biggie deal is a good price and reasonable. The amount of food is a good value. I would recommend Wendy's as a fast food place they are not cheap, but they have always been good to me.

When I called the person is trying to blame me for driving off when it was their responsibility to hand me my card back with the drink
Very unprofessional to blame the customer that was tired and had a long day

We stopped by during our road trip on our way home, my husband and I ordered for us and our 3 kids. I ran to the bathroom with my kids while my hubby finished paying. By the time I got out, he already had all our food and was serving the kids. That was very fast. Granted don't know how fresh the food was, it wasn't extremely hot as if it just came off the grill but it was still very yummy. The staff was very friendly. The nicest I've dealt with in a long time. Comparable service to that cow fast food restaurant if you know what I mean lol. Not many Wendy's I've gone to have impressed me like this one ??
