I found a human hair inside my burger, which is completely unacceptable and a serious hygiene violation. This is a food safety issue, not a minor mistake, and it shows a complete failure in your sanitation standards. I have no intention of paying for contaminated food. I expect a full refund and an explanation for how this was allowed to happen. If this is not addressed properly, I will report this to the appropriate health authorities.

I adore this wendys and me and my family go here all the time. Rarely have ever gotten the wrong food or order. The staff is always amazing and kind. Usually order drive thru but when we do go inside it’s great.

Came in from out of town for a week, I love Wendy’s, they never seem to get my order wrong. But this particular Wendy’s was horrible, gave me the wrong change and no receipt, burger was wrong I ordered the baconator got a Dave’s double, my nuggets had no sauce on them , and my baconator fries were literally wet. Horrible experience

Ordered 2 # 1's Doubles with Cheese one with ketchup and mayonnaise and the other ketchup and mustard. They came as ordered fries and drinks both were as orederd. Wendy's has been good through the years. I like the old fries versus the new. I also had a chicken sandwich and nuggets they also were good. They provided plenty of condiments, and the service was good. The biggie deal is a good price and reasonable. The amount of food is a good value. I would recommend Wendy's as a fast food place they are not cheap, but they have always been good to me.

When I called the person is trying to blame me for driving off when it was their responsibility to hand me my card back with the drink
