I ordered carry out through Uber Eats, drove 20 min to pick up, was handed 1 bag. Opened it saw 3 boxes, assumed since we had 3 complete orders, everything was in the bag. Got home, no fries. Called, was offered a refund or would have more fries ready when I got there in 20 min. Got there and the fries weren’t ready had to wait another few minutes. The kicker was when I called, he told me he handed me the second bag… 🤦🏼♀️definitely needs some customer service training. Why would someone drive back 20 minutes each way for French fries? It cost me more in gas… and no apology just here are your fries and he hightailed it to the kitchen. Just a warning to my fellow review readers- check your take out orders! I’m an idiot for not checking!

Always seeing these commercials on tv, we decided while we were so close to one to try it. We opted for two flavors; the Spicy Korean Q and the Garlic Parmesan. They were delicious!! Next time, a much larger order!

I used to like this place. I call because my 50$ online order didn’t send me a confirmation # or receipt. I call the Wingstop to make sure my order went through and the first time I call some girl says “This is Wingstop unfortunately” and I say “excuse me?” I’m genuinely confused, I definitely didn’t think I heard her right and she repeated “this is Wingstop unfortunately “……So I explain the situation and she tells me they didn’t get any order I’ll have to wait for a refund in 5 to 10 business days. I asked her if they could still make the order because my bank statements show where it came out of my account and she’s like no. I’m just suppose to accept from someone answering a business phone in such an unprofessional way that I’m being refunded 50$ that was taken out of my account ?? So she tells me if I have a problem I can call corporate. I called corporate the very next day and they said it’s a franchise so unfortunately they can reach out the the manager and he would get back to me in 72 hrs…. It’s been 3 weeks and NOTHING. Moral of the story DO NOT GO HERE. I ordered here OFTEN and I have a big family so we always have costly orders, but after this absolutely not. Never got food, didn’t try to make anything right and I’m having to dispute the charge with my bank. It makes me think they were doing this on purpose. She said it had been happening….. Very strange. She told me the managers name is Dixer and it sounds like Dixer needs to be replaced and so did the girl that answered a business phone in such an ignorant and immature way. Start eating at home people! Unfortunately this is the new norm

Terrible experience, worker with a beard and glasses took 30 minutes JUST to take my order, was very disrespectful aswell. And the quality of the food was not even worth coming. Definitely sticking to the Portsmouth branch
