Either my fries we're not cooked properly, or there might have been something bad about the oil. No biggie. Things like that happen. I walked back to the counter to try to get the bad fries switched out with a fresh batch. After a minute if nobody showing up, one worker finally came into view, performed a task, than looked directly at me. Before I could open my mouth to say anything, this worker walked away, and nobody else came back into view. I've experienced minor quality issues at this location, but I have to say this is the first time I was outright ignored.

I placed an online order for pick up at this location last night around 7:15p and showed up 25 mins later. They hadn’t even started the order and had to find the ticket. I waited for almost an hour and watched so many others and delivery services wait too. Only 2 guys working and no one moving with urgency.

When you order delivery from a restaurant - you expect to receive the entire order right? Not just half of it... and then be told when you call about the missing food that "yeah, we have your food, you can come pick it up." 😂 Why offer delivery if you don't intend to follow through on delivering the entire order? In the end - we chose to get the missing food refunded (Why would I agree to come pick up food that's now cold?) When you place an order over $100 and half is missing - that's fairly ridiculous. We won't be ordering from them again - and honestly - if you're reading this & thinking of ordering delivery from this location in the future I wouldn't count on the customer service being all that great. Before anyone asks - yes - we spoke with a manager - they told us the exact same thing the first person did. 'Yes, we have the rest of your order here - you can come pick it up. Uber delivers for us, we don't have any drivers.' Which... I understand - but that's not my problem to figure out - it's theirs. We paid for delivery. We ordered Buffalo Wings, Lemon Pepper Wings & the Louisiana Voodoo Fries. The Buffalo Wings were okay, I'd say maybe a 2 out of 5 stars, the Voodoo fries were incredibly soft/soggy - which - they have a lot of toppings but it seemed like they weren't cooked all the way to begin with. I can't tell you how the Lemon Pepper wings were - they didn't show up. As a business - I hope they don't do this very often - I can't imagine they'll stay in business shorting half of people's orders & then not offering so much as an apology afterwards. As far as recommendations go - ours would be - GO ELSEWHERE.
