Great meal on 7/3/25, service not so much. Homemade chips are incredible. Mrs had the broiled seafood platter and I had stuffed shrimp with the hush puppies also being very good. We started with tuna bites which were very good although we saw our app sitting behind the counter while our server was not doing much and the place did not seem busy. Our main meal took a long time to come out. The gal helping us had no idea what was on special or market price of a few things. I’ll continue to say this on all my reviews, owners need to train their employees on how to follow up in general with drinks during the meal etc. We never got asked if we wanted desert just had a check bought to us which was very disappointing. Food 8.5/10, service 3/10. We will try this place again hoping we get better service since the food was so good.

Yet again, lunch was outstanding! The fish sandwich was excellent, as well as my loaded baked sweet potato. The fish dinner, well, we had enough leftovers for dinner. Absolutely delicious. We've never had a bad meal here.

The fish and chips lunch special can feed a small army, and based on the food I saw in the window sitting at the counter, that is a recurring theme here! Super fresh local seafood, but the other stuff looks awesome, too. If you're driving up US 360 from Richmond toward Tappahannock, this place is worth the stop. Come hungry!

Seafood platter was amazing scallops were the best collard greens were flavorful and delicious. Stuffed mushrooms had a good seer on bottom and fully stuffed very Delicious will definitely be back!!!

Have never had this poor of service or experience! It started when sweet tea was ordered but got all unsweetened. That was fixed no big deal. However, the errors, forgetfulness and careless service continued. It took an hour to get appetizer, food came out at various times for different people missing several items, were told they only had one serving of several items when food being served, several tables received food before we did. Was told by waitress, sorry this is my 5th shift and my brain is “mush” when we asked for items that had been requested several times. Lots of excuses like they didn’t tell me, I didn’t know etc. I was charged gratuity for poor service. Father’s Day special menu- oyster appetizer was $32 and fish entree was $45. Yes, we should have asked for prices but felt it was overpriced considerably! I voiced my concerns to the waitress and owner who failed to provide any service recovery. This has been our go for seafood and many special occasions but will not be in the future.
