This is the first time I've been to this burger king and the service is TERRIBLE. I waited over 10 minutes at the speaker until someone actually took my order then after that I had to wait an extra 20+ minutes for my order to be ready. When the food did come out it was cold. I do not recommend this place at all.

Great food and great service. We drove by a McDonald's on the way here. It was packed. Here, there was one other customer. Can't say I get it. This food is much better and the workers were much friendlier. Sure, it costs a tad bit more, but you get what you pay for, and in this instance, I think it's worth it.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because food was pretty good We ate here on November 19th And ordered for 5 people We ordered online 20 minutes in advanced when I arrived the food was not ready and it took 35 minutes waiting in a parking spot on the food Well that was bad enough but I looked in my bag and half of my stuff was missing So I go back through the drive thru and was told to park again 20 more minutes go by and still don’t have my missing items So I go back again and finally receive my food But not until after the manager gave me crap because I didn’t have a receipt (they did not provide one ) this will probably be my last time in here next time I’ll go to the one in Abingdon
The employees are the most friendly people I've seen in Fast food great service better service than I have seen in a nice sit down restaurant these employees in the morning shift are amazing!

After 6 hours of driving and stopping at all the shops I needed, I picked up a whopper w/cheese meal with the Hershey pic for dessert! ❤️divine! Al the food was delicious and the work staff very friendly. Clean store all around. Eat here! My burger, fries, drink and pie costs $15.00 and some.

I ordered food from the Marion, VA store on DoorDash. The order was delivered with the bag stapled shut and one of my items was missing. I called the store and was told I would have to take it up with DoorDash. No offer to give me the missing item, and it was clearly Burger King's mistake, not a DoorDash mistake. I would not recommend this restaraunt due to poor customer service and lack of taking responsibility for mistakes.
