Place was horrible. Ordered online and they didnt have it until ten minutes later just for her to tell me it's been done after she said it wasn't. 3 chicken sandwiches simple, no.. one with extra lettuce and the others with none. The one with no lettuce had extra extra lettuce in it and the 2 had a ton of mayonnaise food was cold and service was rude. Waited 5 minutes for a worker to come to the desk to ask what he could do for me.

We were told at the window they were “dropping them fresh” and the Literally microwaved the jalapeno bites in the box in the microwave. Do better Burger King. You can’t tell me that doesn’t look gross. And they We’re literally stuck to the bottom and half cold still.

Prices continue to climb and portions continue to get smaller. Ive never been there when I want pulled forward and made to wait on my food. And they're not busy is the thing. But this is the new norm for all day food these days.

Drive-thru attendant was awesome; he was respectful, quick and efficient. Food was delivered hot and as ordered. No issues. Overall, I'd say the quality is a 3 - high end of average for fast food. As a reference, the food was ordered on a Saturday around 8:35pm.
My whopper was delicious, tasted fresh, and was perfectly wrapped! Shout out to Derek for the best customer service! Wasn’t expecting to get good customer service at 11:30pm but he was so nice, friendly and professional :)

By FAR the best customer service anywhere! These employees go above and beyond to be friendly, helpful and smile! I don’t even like burger king’s food the best but I keep going back because of the amazing customer service! Shout out to the am crew, they know me by name and always make my day! On July 18th 2025 our church youth group stopped at this bk for lunch. Their service was top tier. We had 18 people and they completed our large order and knocked it out the park. Very friendly as well.
