Casey’s diner is one of the best hidden gems in Smyth County! Worth the few extra minutes to drive out of town for. The Casey burger is 10/10, even better dipped in their ranch…you can thank me later!!

This is really a hidden gem, it’s a little off the beaten path but well worth the little extra drive to get there. My wife and I really enjoyed Casey’s Diner, the Casey burger is absolutely delicious and the waitress and staff were super friendly. I highly recommend Casey’s Diner and can’t wait to go back again myself.

Worth the drive from I-81! We were in the middle of an 8-hour drive and my wife was in the mood for some diner food. A bright spot on a wet and dreary day. Glad I live a long ways away, otherwise I'd pack the pounds eating there daily!

Casey's has been a diner i have at at with my grandparents dozens of times over the last decade and a half and it will always hold a special place in my heart.
