Blake, a young man that had a hat on behind the counter was as rude as they come to other customers and his co-workers. He has no professionalism. Food was fantastic but that young man has to learn how to communicate with customers and his co-workers. I actually had to ask the manager, which was fantastic, what his name was being that he had no name tag on. Charlie’s management, seems we are starving for leadership.

Went in was greeted by everyone upon entering the store , the store was well kept and clean. The employees were amazing and very kind and all smiles. The fella with a beard was great with an amazing since of humor. Will definitely be coming back.

Myself and my wife and two children went to this location on 7-26-25 this is the 4th time weve ate there the past couple of months its usually a great experience but this time was by far the worst. the place was not clean, we used the restrooms first and the employees were standing around behind the counter conversating with each other they didnt greet us or even acknowledge us when we came in and as we come out of the restrooms myself and my 2 children were standing by the drinks waiting on my wife to come out of the restroom and there was a heavy set male employee with a long beard cussing and being very inappropriate and didnt look happy to be working or happy that we came in, there was only a couple people dining in so i dont know what his problem was but we went to the register to order and the employees didnt stop conversating finally someone took our order and they're usually out of what we want the last few times we've been there surprisingly this time they finally had what we ordered they messed up our order and that same heavy set male employee was rude and got upset that they had to fix it but we finally got what we ordered ate and left... Over all it was a horrible experience, the food was good but the service definitely could be better for what we paid we will not be returning unfortunately
