I believe her name was Dee, the lady from Jersey. Nice as anything. Served my family of five with my extras peppers and extra crispy fries all the way to my aunts gluten free cheesesteak. All with a big smile. I would come back just to see her.

You guys switched from premium steak to cheap low quality “steak”. I don’t know if it’s just the Marion store or all of them but my Philly tasted nothing like it normally does. The “meat” doesn’t even look like the old steak or even real meat but you guys still charged me $20 for it. I won’t be back. I’d rather drive to Roanoke to enjoy Jersey Mike’s for the same price.
