Absolute rubbish!Iordered 2 steak subs and a Stromboli and it was 45$ and was so damn wilted and soggy my dog wouldnt eat it !I called order in and girl on phone took order never said price or Thank you !needless to say I won’t beOrdering from them again

The quality of the food has really gone south. We ordered 2-6 inch steak and cheese subs and a small pizza. The subs weren’t good, very bland. The pizza was terrible. 3/4 of it were thrown away. Maybe cheaper ingredients ?‍♀️ . The guy that came to the door (owners son?) was rude and should not be bringing food to the door. Probably should stay behind the counter away from the public. Very disappointing overall. This USED to be the PLACE for food and service

Unbelievable. Ordered a phone order and went to pick it up. It was about $10 higher than the special that was ordered. There was no mention of the order having to be placed online to get the special when it was called in. The guy starts immediately arguing about the price. And so finally says you have to order online to get that price. We told the person when we ordered that was a $20 deal. He says we can either pay it or leave it. He actually said he didn't need our money and slammed the door and locked it. We left and I promise the owner 1 thing. We won't ever be back. We have NEVER been treated this way before when picking up an order. I used to work at this place 20 plus years ago and this would have NEVER happened back then. Good luck keeping your doors open with customer service like this. I am sure we are not the only person to get treated like this there. If you don't like your job then just quit. Simple as that.

Picked up a phone order, noticed the charge for the order was very expensive $60 for a breadstick and Stromboi, So, I ask for a receipt, guy denied a receipt and stated he didn't have the time to deal with this. So I ask for a refund and was denied at first, but the guy finally refunded my money, with a nasty and filfiy mouth, very unprofessional. I then took my money and business on up town, for much better food and service for half the cost.

Well, bit the bullet two days ago and got a cheese pizza. Got home(which is 8 mins from Cjs) the pizza crust was burnt in spots, the pizza was cold and stale you could barely chew it from the middle up to the top edge of the crust, from the point to the middle was soggy, like dripping soggy. We forced ourselves to eat the soggy part so we didn't have to waste the whole pizza. We looked at the box it had someone else’s name scratched out. So apparently I didn’t get a fresh pizza, i got what was someone else’s pizza, they didn't pick it up so we get it bc we ordered the same thing. I wont be back, what a waste.

I have always been happy with the food, but the service from the guy that is always there is beyond horrific. I have heard he is the owners son. The hours are so limited now as well.

Got my order wrong argued with me and told me to call a mgr the next day. Did so and he asked for pizza back! The next day! Cursed at me and said he was going to refund money but because I was short with him that now he would not. Told him to keep it and you can guess what else! Take that $30 and buy you some manners and literate help! Food has drastically took a dive and so has the customer service!Parking: Line up to the road

Me and my fiancé went there Saturday while we were in marion we ordered 2 things of breadsticks and a Stromboli. We got our food and the bread sticks were on top and I looked and they were perfect so we assumed the Stromboli was too. Well we got home (we live in wytheville) and the Stromboli had everything in it, peppers, onions, you name it. The Stromboli was only supposed to have PEPPERONI, HAM AND SAUSAGE. We had to throw the whole Stromboli away because I tried picking it out but there was so much to where I couldn’t do it without destroying the breading. I went to go call but they were already closed. We got our food about 730. So I called today (5/2/2023) since they open again on Tuesdays. And the girl who answered the phone was super rude, and goes “our store policy says that we have to atleast receive half the food for a refund or to remake it” so you want me to go trash digging to bring you back trashy food so that you can fix your mistake? No store has ever made us do that and I’ve worked plenty of food industry’s and that isn’t a policy, even at chick fil a it ain’t. Waste of 20 bucks. We got the one in marion because we’ve always loved that one better than the one in wytheville but after this they have lost our service. Very rude.

I've always love CJ's. It's one of my favorite foods. I have ordered here for many years. I had a birthday party for my daughter on Saturday and ordered 2 party trays and 5 orders of breadsticks with cheese. Not sure who was working I sent someone to pick it up and when they got at home the breadsticks barely had any cheese and the pizza was very very thin. I was highly disappointed. I left a $20 tip and should of took it back and got my money back! But we had a party going on.
