I would have given no stars but I didn't have the option. The chicken was over cooked and hard to eat. The French fries were also over cooked and greasy over salted. Will not be eating here again. Do better please people pay their hard earned money here only to be disappointed by subpar food

Went with my in-laws and family as a group. The food was probably the worse KFC/Taco Bell we’d ever had. The chicken was hard with not a lot of meat. Mac and cheese was crusty. The Taco Bell rice was hard and crunchy. The staff were friendly and bathrooms clean but the food was sub-par.
Kid-friendliness: Restaurant had high chairs and tables were equipped for the high chairs. A kids menu item is available at the KFC restaurant
Not the cleanest lobby but super friendly staff and quick service.

My whole family got sick. Paid 49.00 for a bucket of chicken and it was dry and tasted funny. My little 5 year old threw up all next day and we were all feeling sick to our stomach. Never will eat there again.

They are always messing up my order. Doing away with the buffet really hurt them. Bring back the buffet now! Or continue to lose loyal customers. They also need more workers. It takes too long to get order.

Got a box meal with chicken sandwich which seemed a bit old like the chicken had been under a heat lamp for a while. It definitely wasn't fresh but the sandwich itself wasn't too bad.

My grandma went through the drive thru today. They messed her order up and told her she would have to wait 30 or more minutes for chicken that is supposed to be ready to order. She went in to ask about the food and ended up being stared down by the manager, Missy, who in turn said nothing to her and only sent a worker to bargain with her ?That being said, I worked there before and she's cussed customers multiple times and purposely didn't keep food made so she could close early. 100% wouldn't recommend this kfc. They are rude, especially the manager.
The chipotle ranch grilled chicken wrap is great and I'll get it again.
