We ordered macaroni and cheese but got mashed potato’s and gravy and biscuits.Then couple months later we order honey mustard with tenders and did not receive the honey mustard and tenders were dry then ordered wings and were over cooked.

The first time i went here since they remodeled, i got food poisoning from the chicken, the second time i had ordered from taco bell, rice was mushy and cold, my nachos fries were hard and cold, my burritos were bland and also COLD. A bunch of high schoolers running the place, if i could give them 0 stars, i would.

We just wanted chicken to take home and I asked if they had a box with tenders only but apparently he misunderstood. Short conversation, I was under the impression no tenders so I ordered an 8 piece original recipe. After a few minutes, I was told if I wanted original recipe I would have to wait several minutes or I could mix in extra crispy. I said fine mix them. Still took several minutes to get the order. It had been years since we ate there. After this experience, we won't try again. Chicken had a strange flavor and the wings and one breast were so hard they were inedible. Perhaps it was just an bad night. I hope others have better experiences.

I would have given no stars but I didn't have the option. The chicken was over cooked and hard to eat. The French fries were also over cooked and greasy over salted. Will not be eating here again. Do better please people pay their hard earned money here only to be disappointed by subpar food

Went with my in-laws and family as a group. The food was probably the worse KFC/Taco Bell we’d ever had. The chicken was hard with not a lot of meat. Mac and cheese was crusty. The Taco Bell rice was hard and crunchy. The staff were friendly and bathrooms clean but the food was sub-par.
Kid-friendliness: Restaurant had high chairs and tables were equipped for the high chairs. A kids menu item is available at the KFC restaurant
Not the cleanest lobby but super friendly staff and quick service.

My whole family got sick. Paid 49.00 for a bucket of chicken and it was dry and tasted funny. My little 5 year old threw up all next day and we were all feeling sick to our stomach. Never will eat there again.

They are always messing up my order. Doing away with the buffet really hurt them. Bring back the buffet now! Or continue to lose loyal customers. They also need more workers. It takes too long to get order.

Got a box meal with chicken sandwich which seemed a bit old like the chicken had been under a heat lamp for a while. It definitely wasn't fresh but the sandwich itself wasn't too bad.
