Ordered 2 pissas, one with extra sauce so I knew it would be fresh and the other a thin ( not fresh). The thin crust must have been sitting for hours, the only good part ( which wasn't that good) was the 4 square pieces in the middle. You literally have one job, do it better!

They're five dollar pizzas are not five dollars there ten almost worth tax and everything so this place is bogus fri mean it's still cheaper then some pizza places but half the time your pizza is stale and been in the warmer and not actually

They were super friendly and happy to help. Thank you guys for the awesome meal! I swear that was the best pizza we've had in a LONG time! Keep on rockin?

We have been here four times in the last six months and have yet to get a pizza. Told we had to wait 20 minutes for a hot and ready pizza. Have even been told they didn't have ingredients in stock to make a thin crust pizza. Go figure.

Take out wasn’t fresh at 5:00 pm. Did an online order expecting hot pizza and it was not even warm when I got it home. I was disappointed at best. I’ve gotten better here before so I won’t totally knock them with a bad rating.

The GM, Steven, is such a nice guy!!! We had a problem with a new debit card, and Steven was understanding and extremely patient as we ran to a nearby bank then across town to another location bc the first one was out of order.The pizzas were ready when we got back and they were delicious! Thank you, Steven! We won’t forget the above and beyond service!!

When I went, the place was supposed open at 11but the girl that works there came outside and locked the door at 11 (while other workers were still in there) then went to Ingles to shop for her own things and took almost 30 minutes just to do that while people are waiting outside waiting for the place to open then it took them 20 minutes just to make a pepperoni pizza. They need to take down the sign that says (HOT AND READY) because it's either NOT ready, or messed up.
I was grabbing a pizza with my wife and daughter. The music the kids were playing was ridiculously loud and had N word this and B word that. Sent my wife and kid out.Management did not care.Disgusting what some people think is appropriate in a workplace now.

I believe in giving a place a chance or two... But I usually follow the 3 strikes your out rule... When possible....The last 3 times we have ordered from here has been just a complete mess.... The first time we ordered food they failed to make it after us waiting 20 minutes for it... Were told we would be refunded on our card 5-7 business days... Never happened...2nd time we ordered we were told it would take 30 minutes for our order... So we waited... The lady drops the entire order in the floor before getting it to me... And they had to make it over which took another 26 minutes... And then it was cold... Then the other day I stopped in and ordered again...I ordered a half supreme half just cheese...I'm told 15 minutes... So I return 15 minutes later and tell the young lady I'm there to pick up my half supreme and half cheese... And she says oh no...I might have made that a full supreme... She checked and sure enough... She did... And she tells me it's now gonna be 25 minutes to remake it...I asked for my money back and again I'm told your money will be refunded in 5-7 business days.....NEVER AGAIN!!!! 3 strikes your out!!!
