Had to wait more than 30 minutes just to be seated, although there were plenty of open tables. Don't know if it was lack of employees or poor management, but very disappointing. Food was good and waitress was good after finally getting seated. Hopefully this will improve in the future.

Only chance really to get food is to dine in . We are locals and it used to be a good place and are tired of trying to order food. When you do try they act like it's a problem and find anyway not to take the order. Will not try again

Passing through on spring break vacation and wanted to stop here because my kids love dinosaurs. The atmosphere did not disappoint, service was fantastic and the food was so good!Kid-friendliness: Our server was great and gave the kids balloons. They also have light up kids cups which we purchased.

Had ordered a burger for delivery & asked for it to be cooked medium. However, my burger was completely raw on the inside. When I called all they kept telling me was “you had asked for it to be medium, it’s going to be a little pink”. They must’ve thought I was exaggerating but the pictures speak for themselves…

I have ordered Doordash from Macado's twice this week. The first time the wings, bone in, were well flavored. I would order those again. I also ordered the sweet potato fries, and although there were a lot of them they were completely soggy. I do have to say I Doordashed them, so maybe they got soggy during the delivery, but that wasn't very far away.Tonight I tried Macado's again and I ordered the bang bang shrimp and they are good. Slightly spicy but not creamy at all, so not the usual bang bang sauce I would expect when ordering. There was 10 decent sized shrimp in my order so the quantity was good. I also ordered the Reuben with chips. Sadly, I was disappointed. The chips were a small bag of Ruffles and there was very little sauerkraut or thousand Island dressing. It said it would come on rye, but it came to me on toasted white bread. Not what I ordered or expected. And I'm so disappointed because Ruben's are one of my favorites! Sadly, I'm very disappointed in most of my orders at Macado's.

I ordered the steak quesadilla which came with salsa and sour cream. It was delicious. The service was very good.
The waitress was really good but the food was cold and either under seasoned or over seasoned. The home style chips are just a bag of ruffles.

Pretty decent food, service was wonderful. The fact that they were doing construction work inside the restaurant while partons are dining took away from the experience.

We eat at Macados fairly frequently. We rarely ever have an issue and if we do it’s typically resolved well. Most visits like our visit last night was amazing. My cobb salad was delicious. My mothers burger was cooked perfectly. We got the spinach dip appetizer which is so so good. The kids meal hotdog is massive.
