Upon entering this McDonald's was the closest off the interstate. It seemed to be newly build. Employees were super busy. But we were the only people inside dining. Clean restaurant. I ordered. I used the drive through. My fries were hot but too SALTY and my cheeseburger with no picked was almost cold with cod cheese.

Service fairly fast. Food was decent. My biggest problem is there were no changing tables in either bathroom. I had my 2yo with me and had to change her on the floor. No reason to not have changing tables in a restaurant that advertises as family

Has a double drive thru window but left the outside lane waiting to give an order. I waited 15 minutes and still couldn't order they were taking orders on the inside lane of people that pulled up well after I did. I finally gave up and went inside and waited for awhile before anyone came to take my order. I complained and their excuse was we're short staffed. But they still had both lanes open but not taking orders on both lanes. McDonald's has really gone down hill
Horrible if you can wait to get to another McDonald's you should. This one if you go in it takes forever to get waited on if you go through the kiosk again it takes forever to get your food & better hope they don't forget your drinks because if they dothey tell you I'll bring them right out, but you will have all your food gone go ask about it & they been just sitting back there.

foods normally good. Service is alright most of the time. But for the love of god please update your hours accordingly. They are not open 24 hours, i think its either 5-12 or 6-12 and i love getting a burger at 1 in the morning and the disappointment was very real last night😂 Edit: Went there today and the lady and I accidentally both let go of the bag too soon, she was awesome about it, had the food remade in under a minute. Not sure what her name was but shes a fantastic employee.

I feel for the poor employees working so hard here. Very disappointed in corporates decision to take out the changing tables in the bathrooms. I had to awkwardly change my son on one of the benches after asking an employee where the changing tables are and informed there are none due to corporates decision. Just sad.
