Food was good. But the following day I got a notice from my credit card company that the tip was something close to 60% and they gave me an amount. I only tip in round numbers...this new tip included something like 37 cents. I would never do that.

When I called them...nothing they can do about it.

Staff are rude . They treat entertainment very poor . You have to leave your seat to go order because staff are standing talking instead of attending to their customers . They lock customers out and close early without warning and talk nastily about patrons to other customers .

attended an event, music was great but the service was terrible. we had to leave our seats and find staff to ask for service. do not recommend

Austin is unprofessional, disrespectful and not a good Owner/busboy. I would NOT bring a starving homeless person to your 78% reviewed dive. Hopefully Austin is fired for costing you business disrespecting Disabled Veteran and his family. I imagine this is not Austin's first time running off good paying customers. now it's my mission to INFORM any and all potential customers of the big mistake to patronize this Awful and disrespectful hole in the wall!! #Austinistrash #fireAustin

went yesterday evening..nice place ..quick service and friendly..we had our food in no time ..I enjoyed it.. went with my in laws..they said it was pretty good 😊.. highly recommend

All tables were dirty. Had to wait over an hour for someone to clean them. They ran out of food. Clearly, there were not enough staff. When food came it was cold and was equivalent to microwaved food from a grocery store. There are many other great places to dine close by. Go elsewhere.

I ordered my food over the phone and the lady said 30$ but when I got there she said 37$ smh don’t get me wrong the food is good but I fell as if they scammed me🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Can’t even review the food because I’m writing this as I sit waiting over an hour for a burger. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by continuing to wait after 30 mins, but once the hour mark hit, it was absolutely ridiculous. Not even that busy either. Felt bad for the waiter he was nice.

I ordered the Juilene Salad large..very disappointing in size..the table next to me ordered a house salad and it was triple in size compared to what I was served...the sweet tea was so weak you could see through it..1st time here..and I shall not return unless the salad presentation becomes better...and the sweet tea needs more flavor..this restaurant came highly recommended to me..so I took the 45 minute drive to try it out on a Friday evening..

We met as a group here recently and it was an adventure. Several people ordered pizza and they were all burnt, the service was great but they were out of a lot of beer and it was a bit chaotic.

I ordered a sub, the bread was hard and looked burnt on the edges.. My friend ordered calzone and that looked the same burnt. And hard bread. Took the waitress a long time to get back to us to bring our drinks.
