We ate at the buffet, the severs and staff was nice. The food was another story. I know the outside temperatures have dropped but I guess the didn’t get the memo to turn the heat up on the food. The fried dumplings was stale and cold. The orange chicken said spicy… my husband could eat it and he has a spice tolerance of a 2 yr old. The rice was either old or not made correctly because it was dry and crispy. I wish that was the case for the egg rolls, they was soggy and cold. I also had hopes for the seafood but once I got there and was about to choose those options I decided not to because the one small piece of crab I had placed on my plate smelled like the whole underside of a humpback whale. I normally give places like this benefit of the doubt because I never know how the staff is that day or what previous accrued before I get there but if 90% of the food was cold or stale, the food smelled spoiled and not only the food but the physical appearance and seats need to be updated than I know it’s not just that day. And yes if you have back or hip issues don’t expect to eat in comfortable seat. I also realize they don’t believe in dusting before or after opening/closing because there’s probably a inch of dust on their fans and decorations. So long story short, food terrible, atmosphere horrible, and lastly staff was okay I guess. One good thing there was the egg drop soup.

Ps: for two people it was US$35 which was kinda tragic for this experience.

Some of the food was just Luke warm my wife ended up getting sick about an hour later after we ate. Won't be returning there.

I ordered the buffet. I like the egg rolls, shrimp, fish and egg drop soup. Everything looked fresh and hot. The food was good. I also like the variety of chicken you can get. It had quite a few customers during my visit. The price is very good for buffet. I was waited on promptly. The staff brought my drinks right away even though they were busy.

We got our food to go. Even by the time we got home the egg rolls were still crispy. General chicken extra spice was amazing. Vegetable lo mein and egg drop soup had great flavor too. Definitely will be back

Dined in. Dimly lit. Not as clean and updated as it could be. A lot of the food I got was sweet. The food seems plain. No vegetables in the lo mein that I can remember. With updates, more lighting, more effort at cleaning, and a revamped menu, it could be great. The location is good.

I had a wonderful dining experience at New China House. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service we received from our server, Jordan.

I had unknowingly ordered a spicy dish, and Jordan made sure it was corrected so I could fully enjoy my meal. That level of attentiveness and care truly made a difference in our experience. Jordan went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and it did not go unnoticed.

Thank you, Jordan, for your professionalism and excellent customer service—you turned a great meal into an exceptional one. We’ll definitely be returning!

Small dining area. Not a huge selection but all the food was very good and fresh. Clean dining area and restrooms.

Food ok, just a buffet style diner. Wait staff friendly enough, if you like buffet style Asian food this is your place

Food was not very good. One of the pot stickers I got was cold in the middle, the egg rolls weren't crunchy in the least bit, and the crab Rangoon was soggy. The steamed rice was very dry and there was no water to put the spoon in. The buffet is pretty small with limited options. Customer service was almost non existent. The furniture is literally falling apart and the dining room was a mess. Not sure that I could recommend this to anyone.

Food is delicious and staff is friendly. We love the buffet. It is well priced. This is our go to Chinese restaurant now.

Now that this place is under new management the food is amazing, hot and fresh! They also offer peel and eat shrimp after 3pm! The buffet is super fresh and under $12.00 - most fast food is more than $12.00 bucks! Over all this is a great deal!!!!

Buffet is only 11.78 with tax and you can go get seconds or or more for the same charge as well as refills on drinks.

Pretty good food, staff was fair. They was nice but really didn't talk much.

No salad bar, I assume people in the area don't eat salad. I'm sure it's a waste of money for them
