Order two items large pizza and a new item flatz left instructions under carport instead they deliver to wrong house and only gave half the order when I called server who answered the phone when I asked if it's going to be the one sitting there getting cold and funky or new one she replies don't you have an oven like really instead of saying I'm sorry let me see what I can do for you. Asked for manager Lincoln she said can get refunded or new one I chose the refund to avoid them tampering with my food. The level of service has gone down hill in a bad way. I will reach out to owner and corporate. Poor service and pizza we did get was terrible

THIS pizza was the WORST pizza we have ever trued to eat. Orders we a medium 1/2 pineapple & 1/2 onion with lite cheese This was take out & ride back was 8 minutes Here’s what we got - No cheese -cold & thin crust (taste old) Anyways BAD Pizza!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible hateful customer service. All I wanted to do was check if I was in the delivery area. I moved away and came back and didn’t recall ever having delivery. First woman was fine she put me on a short wait for what I assume was the manager. I calmly stated I wanted to check if I was in their delivery area and every single sentence from her mouth was smart and sassy. The huff and puff between words just to find out I did order at some point, she once again smartly told me I was in their system. I said oh well I didn’t remember ever having order. But I don’t have my order ready so I’ll call back with an order. I guess she thought I straight hung up as she left me with one more smart attitude full remark. I’ll drive to Dominos instead thanks.

Ordered a pizza with BBQ sauce instead of regular pizza sauce got home there was no BBQ sauce on it took it back and the manager was rude and hateful from the start, got the second pizza and it looked like the used the whole bottle of BBQ sauce on the pizza and when you try to pick up a slice everything just fell off, these people do not know how to fix pizzas, I would not recommend to eat there.

Came here on our trip from central New Jersey to Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
The service was very great. Server always wanted to make sure we were properly served. Everything was good. Server was very nice.
The pizza and breadsticks were amazing.
This pizza hut still had a buffet type of area, which is something that we missed coming from NJ and was a good thing to see.
So much better than it has been. First time in four years that I haven't gotten food poisoning. Things are kept at the appropriate temperature, it was all cooked well, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The new manager is doing good things!
