Burger was wet. It taste like it was dropped in dishwater. Fries double cooked. Wife and sons burgers room temp. Cold tots. Manager should be ashamed. Parking lot is a absolute wreck and dirty. Where did pride in ones job go?

I submitted an edit to the hours bc it lists Fr-Sat as open til 11:30 and yet when I arrived to get my order at 10:50, we sat there for 5 mins and it suddenly went black. All outside lights were shut off so I went to the drive thru, no one answered so I pulled around to the line at the window. Some guy with a beard came out yelling at someone who pulled up to the lit up drive thru sign, telling them that they were closed. As he walked back by my window, I told him that they might want to correct their info online bc it said 11:30. He looked at me and said, I don’t care. We close at 11pm all week. And walked off. Thankfully, the young man and woman working with him were much nicer, apologized for our rather lengthy wait after they turned the lights out on us. This place definitely needs some attention from upper management, or let the part time staff run the place bc they know how to treat customers!
Parking: They have taken out a lot of the menu screens and replaced them with signs designating some spots strictly for mobile order pick ups. Anyone with a minimal amount of customer service would know that those menus in your face while waiting for your order are excellent advertisements for future purchases.

My husband and I love Sonic but not the one in Marion, the fries qere hard like they came drom the bottom of the bag, and about an inch to inch and half long no kidding and they wwre cold. This was the worst food ever. Never been to Marion Sonic and will not stop again.

Stopped to get the wife some motivational fuel for her little tiny self because dang it I love that girl more than oxygen. I'm trying to thicken her up a little because, well... I like thick. She just wanted to get a sandwich because she never eats much at once and she decided on the new stack burger. It was splendid according to her. The girl at the drive thru was friendly and funny. We had a quick but enjoyable visit and I'll be returning.
