Generally, SB is good, friendly staff. This one is an exception; at least for me. I meet many clients here, I always buy a drink while waiting. I noticed that everyone else comes in are asked what the name is and then they call their name or they bring the drink out. Not here. My drink is sat on the counter, and I notice it on my own. Meanwhile, everyone else is addressed by name. Oh well.........I have been to SB around the country. East coast, West Coast. I guess there are always exceptions.....

They don’t support the military / veterans . No discounts . Also every time I get a drink it’s always. Messed up a the charge is always different when I get the same thing always . When I ask they tell me it’s the computer . I’m not stupid , it’s always an excuse . So I stopped going because of the pricing and the lies an especially being I’m a veteran they don’t support . I’d rather get coffee from a local owner an it’s better

We stopped at this location twice on our road trip over Thanksgiving break. Both times the service and food and drinks were delicious! The store was clean and neat. Our biggest thanks… However… To the lovely store manager for finding our lost wallet and shipping it back to us without any issue or complaints. Seamlessly. Thank you so much for your time.
