Taco Bell is normally one of the easiest places for me to order food, due to dietary restrictions, I ordered my lunch and I was so hungry I didn’t even stir the ingredients all together, I was glad I didn’t. I ordered no sour cream or cheese, said ‘alfresco’ but as I’m eating my way down on one side of my bowl, I discovered that somebody had put sour cream in it and then just covered over it didn’t take it out or anything. Eating dairy makes me ill and so I pointed the sour cream out to the server before we left, and she shrugged their shoulders and shook their head and that’s all I got.

I had a burrito supreme and a taco supreme for dinner . First of all the people that were preparing the food did not have on hair nets or anything that would ensure that no hair could possibly get in anyone's food , I unfortunately found out in worst way because in the middle of my burrito supreme was a long dark hair . This is totally unacceptable and the meat and the sauce that is on the inside of the burrito wasn't even close to being cooked enough. Never, ever, will my family and I be eating there ever again.

This is one of the better Taco Bells I've been to. The food was fresh, not dried out, they provided good portions and everything was made right.
Vegetarian options: Everything can be made to be vegetarian and you can ask them to "substitute" beef for beans and there won't be an additional charge.
I've had my order terribly wrong after waiting in line for more then 10 minutes on more then one occasion 3 stars because they do seem to be getting a little quicker in the drive thru the food for the most part is good need some work making their burritos they don't layer the stuff

Extra crispy meal20 dollar boxes waited for fresh chicken which was 15 minutes ok but crispy jad no flavor when we asked they said that the seasoning was there..alas we wound up trying to eat it but couldnt. Most tables were not clean either....
