Look, I get it, you get scored on how fast you get the orders out. However, if I do a mobile order and am the only person in line there's no need for me to be pulled up. Add to that the food being cold when I get it and I question why I was pulled up to begin with.

So a while back we ordered late and they didn't have Frosties and we waited for a while on food but it was old and cold. All of it. So after a couple of attempts and making it right it finally got there. The other night ordered a biggie bag and everything was again old & cold. I didn't even call back. I don't want a replacement or anything else from this location ever again.

They were out of fries, chicken nuggets, and frosties. Food took forever but the chicken sandwich tasted good. We weren't offered an apology. Not really the employee's fault I guess other than the lack of an apology, definitely poor management.

New employee trying hard The .manager came out and rudely corrected him in front of people! Order was wrong but we were fine. Got it corrected then was lectured by the same manager! What a shame she is the face people have to see n hear. We won't be back!

Go to get lunch before work, asked to pull up, waited over 10 minutes, three cars behind me left before me, then on top of it the fries weren't fresh as well as they didn't even put a straw in my bag.

I love places like Marion - you run into people like James who was behind the counter this afternoon. You won't find such folks in a "big city" like Roanoke 😂😂😂
Really this establishment is for locals, but go ahead and get off the interstate if you need a break and don't want to be complicated.
It's "fast food", but they actually cooked everything we ordered while we waited, made an error, apologized and fixed it. Now my kid has a nuggets extravaganza! The folks here couldn't be nicer!!!
