Go to get lunch before work, asked to pull up, waited over 10 minutes, three cars behind me left before me, then on top of it the fries weren't fresh as well as they didn't even put a straw in my bag.

I love places like Marion - you run into people like James who was behind the counter this afternoon. You won't find such folks in a "big city" like Roanoke 😂😂😂
Really this establishment is for locals, but go ahead and get off the interstate if you need a break and don't want to be complicated.
It's "fast food", but they actually cooked everything we ordered while we waited, made an error, apologized and fixed it. Now my kid has a nuggets extravaganza! The folks here couldn't be nicer!!!

Twice now we put an order in and they take the money then no food shows up. Tried calling to get money back and was told we would but never do. Straight up stole our money twice and refuses to give it back. Wont eat or order here ever again

Absolute nightmare, no cars in drive through, but took 30 minutes to get our food, staff shuffling around like zombies, dirty (the staff and the store). Keep driving and do not look back. Wendy’s corporate: pay this place a surprise visit.

Stood in line to order for 20 minutes and it wasn’t that busy. Drive thru line seemed to have moved. Cashier had dirt under all his fingernails. I sure hope I don’t get a disease from eating here.

We stopped here passing thru hoping to get a "quick" bite to eat. The employees seemed like they were in a daze. Food took a long time to get out and when it did, one of the sandwiches was wrong. No bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. My husband took sandwich back to counter. Took 10 minutes for them to give him another one. No toilet paper in restroom. Good thing I had a tissue in my purse. Nothing like a "drip dry"! Don't go here if you want fast food, correct food and toilet paper in the restroom!
Food was alright it took 45 mins+ to get our food from the drive through they didn't give us a lid for our drink they has to remake our burger for a unknown reason the employees have no clue what there doing and they never get your order

Food is always good at Wendy's: hamburgers taste like real beef, chicken is moist never grisly, salads are fresh and the drive-thru crew is friendly and courteous. Yeah, we like the Marion Wendy's!
Absolutely terrible. We came for lunch. The only good thing I can say is that the fries were good and fresh, the rest of the food was subpar. They were out of Medium and Large lids out front and when I asked for lids for my daughter and I the lady at the front threw them on the counter with a huff. Another older woman who was in line right behind us had made a mobile order with salad, but they were out of salad. The lady working the front yelled at her, told her she had to cancel the order, and to figure it out herself. Eventually one of the other customers helped the older woman cancel her order in the app.
They also lost the order for one of the people in our group, at which point those members of our group decided to leave for the nearby McDonalds. They were able to go there, order, and return to meet us in the parking lot before everyone who stayed received their food. I enjoy the Wendy's in my hometown but I strongly avoid anyone who wants good food or reasonable service to avoid this location at all costs.
