Having visited Red Truck for years, I regret to inform you of a downward trend in quality. After new ownership changed, the food has been inconsistent, and pastry has been tough at times.

This might be the best bakery in Virginia. Stopped here after a day trip in Shenandoah. Sandwiches and soup were a delight. Scones were perfect 😋

Red Truck Bakery in Marshall, VA has been on my must-visit list for ages, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The charming country store vibe paired with the onsite bakery made for such a delightful experience. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by heavenly aromas that make it impossible to leave empty-handed. I tried the French ham and cheese quiche—absolutely scrumptious and almost tempting enough to buy a whole one to take home! Their selection of pies is incredible, and I couldn’t resist grabbing a fig scone too. I’ll definitely be back to sample more of their delicious treats!

Great bakery for a midday or morning snack. They have a great selection of cakes and their pumpkin chai muffins are perfectly balanced. They were running low on some items around 2:00 so be sure to stop by earlier if you want better variety and freshness. It would be cool if they had a more robust coffee menu with lattes and such but I understand that isn't their focus

Had the worst customer experience here this morning. The girl behind the counter met us with the worst attitude I have experienced in service, argued with us when we asked a simple question and walked away from us as we were mid order and didn't come back to the register, asking someone else to take over. She was extremely rude and we had no idea why because we were pleasant and just trying to order but she basically wouldn't let us. No longer coming here.

Cute little place on the main street. We ordered 2 of the breakfast sandwiches, a pastry, and iced coffee. The sandwiches are pre-made, so if you don't like the pepper jelly, you're out of luck. The coffee was served black with milk options and sweetener at the counter for you to mix up yourself. Pretty simple set up and gets crowded on the weekend.

Got a coffee, brownie, sausage jalapeño scone and cookie. Everything was delicious and quick. Would definitely stop back when in the area. The cakes were calling my name.

Bought a peach pie today and the crust was extremely tough and old tasting. Could not even cut it with a knife. $36 wasted.
