Went in for a Turkey footlong and got turkey provolone and tomato’s and ranch and got charged for a titan turkey sub and paid over 14 dollars for just the sub. Will no longer eat at this location. They should be ashamed of themselves for charging the premium sub for someone who barely gets anything on their sub.

The two workers cannot speak English and can’t understand what change to give back after my order. How in the world is this even possible in 2024? Basic math and English should be a requirement for anyone with a job. I’ve been standing here for 20 min trying to communicate to get my change back.

Subway is sometimes hit or miss. The Marshall store was very clean. The person behind the counter was very nice, and no way does this reflect on the person behind the counter she did not speak english or vary little english. The service was good the food was good. I asked a question about double meat, and she did not understand what I was asking. I did not get the double meat because of that reason. I do not go to Subway often, but when I do, this would be the store. The cleanliness of the store was impressive. I liked the lady who made the sandwich, she was friendly but the language barrier was not bad she understood what we wanted mostly.
Subway in Marshall va sucks needs to close down or get new staff and management. They never have all the foods meats, veg, or breads. Mostly only 1 employee there and the old guy there looks like he gonna druel on your food. If he is there it will take 15 to 20 mins to make your sub. Best off not to go there at all.
