Wow!! Change of staff? Who is this person at the counter July 25th 8:45am! She has a short fuse for patience in customer service. I have been coming to this place for over a year, never did I experience poor customer service with an attitude. She was upset with somebody at the drive-through window and then when she came to the counter, didn’t even say good morning totally ignored us. She didn’t get my order correct after I specifically told her what I wanted also did not give us a receipt. Don’t think I’m coming back!

I bought breakfast there this morning. The chicken biscuits looked burnt on the outside, but they were partially raw in the center. The service was great.

I was the only person in the parking lot and I ordered a hamburger happy meal with just mayo mustard and onion. I got ketchup and onions. Hamburger bun cold and fries rubbery. This place truly needs to go out of business because clearly no one wants to work or take pride in what they do. I have come there many times and stopped because of how bad it is and I tried to give them another chance. Not anymore….. Stop taking peoples money if you’re not ready to work and give hard working people what they ask for.

Food is not bad and neither is the drive through service. The inside of the restaurant needs to have a deep cleaning done. Everything is greasy. Everything you touch feels as if there is a film of grease on it. And the floors are always super slippery.
